  Another great holiday at SplashWorld Venus Beach!

  So good, we went back! Please remember this is my opinion and you may/may not agree. Sonia and her team go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and effortless and work continuously for this. Momo and his Animation team also go above and beyond for you to enjoy your stay. I have to say, comapring being here in June to October, much preferred October as quieter and you get more time to get to know the staff as they are not trying to please over 1500 guests at a time! Only concern for next year, Lotfi says weather not always great in October :-( oh I do hope so, as it was between 25-27 degrees between 11-18 October - lovely! NB: the air con supply is switched off by end of Sept (by Algeria), did find the room quite warm, so spoke to lovely reception staff who provided a fan, LOVE THEM!! Nice touch if you are a returning guest, additional drinks and fruit provided and gold (VIP!) bands, LOVE IT!! Room (367) was lovely (1A & 2C), could not fault maid service (daily if required), all hotel areas clean and staff friendly. I am a bit fussy regarding food, but there was always pizza to keep me happy and the pool food service was good too. Previously in June stayed on ground floor, overlooking the waterpark which was near enough to main entertainment area, but also far enough away at night to not hear anything. Danielle, TUI rep always so friendly and helpful, and I wish you the best in your new adventures in Greece, I'm sure the hotel will be sorry to see you go. The Crazy Train with the Animation Team was great fun (1/2 day), do it! The Beach Foam party is ALWAYS fun, it is quite hard to dance in the soggy foam sand! Tip: wait 5mins as all kids run in first and also the foam builds up a bit. If you can, wear goggles, soap suds sting your eyes lolol Private beach with security onto main beach, superb. Sea was warmer in October than in June! We like to try different places in the world, but I would recommend Splashworld Venus Beach and I do hope to return for another wee week next year! :-) lots of love from 'Purple' hair lady!!

  We stayed from October 14-21st staff great very helpful and easy to get along with !! Rooms clean and tidy !! Food hit and miss but enough to please everyone !! Night time entertainment hit and miss not sure if thats due to end off season or not but other than that good keep up the good work especially the animation team !!

  Hot hot hot

  Booked this last minute. Super hotel with everything you could want. Great food. Different theme nights, super private beach, spa, gym and a water park to use. Plenty of entertainment and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

  Great facilities

  First impression was negative, the head security was rude and hasnt got a clue about how to deal with customers, I was about to leave the hotel upon my arrival, if it wasnt Mr Ali ( reception desk) has interfered I would have left the hotel because if that security guy. Mr Ali knew how to deal with the situation and offered us a sea vue room. Two downside factors: A/C not working enough and TV only has few channels. Food can be improved. Animation team was just great, PEKA and the other girl were fantastic with my kids.

  Amazing Family Vacation

  We enjoyed our vacation in this hotel , specially during this period of time covid-19 pandemic : first the hotel was safe by forcing all the safety protocols : social distancing and hand sanitation specially in the public areas. A great variety of food choices including delicious desserts. The staff was professional and Attentive. I want to recogize a couple of names starting with the Hotel Director Mme Sonia , was great leader to her staff , as well the hygienist Mss Sonia Khemila was great with a smile all the time and went above and beyond to keep the hotel safe and resolve guests issues. As well the room attendant Fatma was great , the room was very clean and she treats very well.
