  One of a Kind

  The place is super boutique with less than 10 rooms which makes it feel very private. Service is impeccable. Food is custom made to your choice and taste. Spa service available at any location you desire at their premises. Staff go out of their way to impress you

  Couldn't recommend enough

  Was meant to stay here for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4 nights due to the excellent premises and comfort they provided... the staff are well trained friendly and excellent. We stayed here with our Pomeranian and they were very helpful throughout our trip. The hotel is very clean with relatively spacious rooms, the restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious, would even recommend dining in rather than going in to the city, as the food is top quality. The owner of the hotel was a lovely lady who was always very cheerful and overall we were very happy with the hotel. The only thing we weren't happy about was on our third morning, one of the waiters refused to serve us breakfast because, quote: we were 6 minutes late for breakfast (11.36)... I thought this was very hostile but the waiter was clearly the youngest out of all the staff (17/18 at the best) so we didn't argue with him further and just assumed it was his undertrained and inexperienced nature in customer service speaking, we are certain other members or staff would have done otherwise.   Wedding + Holiday

  Excellent... nothing more to say but: - Lovely people and always willing to help (from staff to manager level) - Super comfortable and stylish rooms - Decent location (just 10 mins to the centre) - Excellent breakfast; honey, cream, jams, pastries, etc. - Nice vibe - Plus, one of the best hamburgers in Istanbul delivered to you in CESME! Strongly recommended!

  Disappointing

  We stayed at La Capria suite hotel for 2 nights. We were a group of friends having a reunion. Our room was very small with little room for cases or hanging clothes. There was no balcony and the bathroom was also small. The room was grubby rustic and both it and the bathroom were in need of a good clean. There was no where to hang bath towels to dry and the room was not serviced after the first night. There was a small fridge which was not working which had a bottle of water in but this was not replenished. larger rooms as shown in the hotel photos were much more expensive. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly or welcoming. Breakfast included was mainly cheese,jams,olives and breads although other items could be ordered at an extra cost. Noise from neighbouring rooms was disturbing so you might want ear plugs. The outside pool area was very pleasant with a good mixture of sunny and shaded areas. All of our group commented on the lack of cleanliness and the not so friendly not so cheerful staff.it was a disappointing hotel.

  Amazing place

  I stayed for a week and the hotel was so beautiful and good personal! So close to everything 5 minutes walking to the heart of the centre, super good restaurants and shopping! Will definitely stay here again
