  Excelente comida y servicio

  Estuvimos en Durbuy con la familia y comimos en La Caleche. Todo mundo quedo satisfecho. Las sopas del día, las carnes y los postres estuvieron muy sabrosos. Los meseros muy atentos, especialmente uno que hablaba español y que pronto se casara con una Mexicana de Oaxaca. Comimos bien y la pasamos muy bien. Lo recomendamos.

  Bonitas y modernas habitaciones

  El plan era quedarnos 2 días pero el pueblo y el hotel son tan lindos que decidimos quedarnos un día mas, el hotel es fantastico y muy moderno, como la ciudad es tan pequeña obviamente esta bien ubicado. La atención es excelente y la comida delicosa... sin duda voy a volver.

  Great hotel & restaurant for short stay

  I stayed here for one night as part of a business trip in the Durbuy area in June 2018, and also ate at the restaurant for dinner. The check-in process was straightforward. The staff showed me to my room, and showed me how to operate the various functions of the room (e.g. lighting, aircon, windows etc.). Everything is digitally controlled, either via the control units on the walls or via a tablet. The room was well appointed with Nespresso machine, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and a bathroom with shower, WC and sink. In my room, the bathroom was upstairs on a separate floor, although still private and within the same room. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good amount of storage space available underneath the staircase to the bathroom. Note that the hotel car park is around a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Parking is 10/night, and is in a covered parking house. I also ate dinner in the restaurant - there was a good selection of food and drink available and seemed like good value for money. Breakfast was also good - plenty of cold choices, with bacon and scrambled eggs also provided. The freshly-squeezed orange juice was a huge plus! Check-out was as easy as checking in, and a detailed itemised receipt was provided. If I'm ever in the Durbuy area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Thanks for the hospitality!

  Great hotel in a beautiful village

  Loved this hotel. Great location, very comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was delicious. Recommend this to anybody visiting Durbuy who is looking for a great hotel at a very reasonable price.

  Front office skills totally lacking

  Looked at Tripadviser reviews to find a place to eat after a long days driving. It looked as if this restaurant ticked all the boxes and went there in the early evening to be met by a front of house employee who asked in an arrogant manner if we had a reservation. We said no and were told they were fully booked in a way that meant go away and don't come back. We took the message and left and for his information will never return and do our best to ensure no one else does either. Maybe they were fully booked although the restaurant was empty when we arrived at about 19:00 hours but there are ways to say they are full. If the management would like someone to give their arrogant staff a lesson in people skills I'd be delighted to return and provide my professional sevices free of charge. Until then I suggest you give this place a wide berth unless you enjoy obnoxious employees. PS The food may be good but we were refused entry so couldn't comment.
