  Acceptable...

  Made a last minute booking and with the price I got, the room with its facilities are acceptable to me. The location is nearby to shops and restaurants. There is also a swimming pool but I did not use it but this causes the lift to be wet because many children entered the lift while still wet. The only thing I hated was that the room I got was facing the road and there was a stupid car park there at night with its engine on for few hours thus really disturb my sleep since my room was on first floor. Previously I got the room on the same building as the reception and I had a good stay thus decided to come back for a second stay. But next time, I really might consider elsewhere...

  ACCEPTABLE AND CONSIDER VALUABLE

  If you looking budget hotel with modern concept hotel around in Melaka Raya (Malacca, Malaysia) this is the best choice. Price is cheap, room is clean, consider big room, the pillow and bed are very comfy. Towel is clean. Front Offices are also friendly and quick check in. WiFi is absolutely slow and always disconnected. They provide complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water also coffee (3 in 1) and tea sachet (not 3 or 2 in 1). Tea sachet they did not give sugar sachet so how can i drink a tea? Room has no tissue face. This hotel has elevator but a bit hide must be walk out from the lobby and elevator is hide from the corner. The most i love is the pillow and bed are really comfortable. Their blanket also nice. Single Air Conditioner without remote but quite cold. I will come back again causes the good location, near shopping complex and attractions. Easy to find a food. Around this hotel i found has 3 mini markets for 24 hours. Thank you and see you soon.

  Decent but No water!!!

  Room assigned was okay. nothing fancy for 3D2N. friendly staff, inexpensive and good location. However, no other toiletries except for 1 small bottle shampoo, shower cap and 1 toilet paper roll. Worst thing happened was NO water from later afternoon til the following day! ahhh means no shower, brushibg teeth and no water for toilet! called reception thet said maintenance! yikes no backup.... Except for the water issue, everything was so-so....

  Short Escape from Water and Safety

  Not gonna rage about it. The purposetof any proper lodging is to have a place to rest (a bed) and a place to clean up. But there is NO WATET SUPPLY for up to 15 HOURS. Means u can't flush u can't wash hand or whatever most importantly u can't take shower, called the reception at the very first hour during the water shortage. They said the maintenance is fixing, then we decided to sleep without shower since in no time the water will be recover. Then good morning at 11am, still no water called the reception they replied "already fix" but we explained to them there is still no water she replied "then i don't know " they offer us to shower in another room then come back to our room. We didn't not to proceed then we check out. Safety concern is the second issue, the U shape latch lock doesn't have the other end of buckle side, as attached shown. There are other minor issues which i am ok to bear with it. The water and safety is the big issue.

  Simple hotel for sleep value for money

  Good location, near to Novotel Hotel, a lot of restaurants nearby, massage .... Very simple room, good for sleep per night. Value for money RM80.00 (Less than USD20.00). Short drive to Jonker street. Clean and need some upgrading but at this price difficult to ask for more.
