  Fantástico

  Un magnifico hotel: Buen trato, perfecta ubicación, piscina y baños en el mar formidables y ideal para ir en lancha a St. Tropez. Lo malo: wifi solo en el hall; desayuno y comida en el hotel muy caras, pero facilmente evitables desplazandose (5 min) al pueblo.

  Una buena recomendación

  Leí acerca de este pequeño hotel en la prensa de domingo. Un pequeño lugar con un servicio amable y una comida riquísima. Nuestra habitación era pequeña pero tenía un cuarto de baño precioso con ducha fabulosa. Lo más destacado fue la vista sobre el agua de la calle Tropez que es sólo un corto viaje en taxi de agua. Definitivamente volveré de nuevo.

  LOVELY HOTEL, SHAME ABOUT BREAKFAST

  The hotel La Belle Aurore is in a lovely setting and our room on the second floor was lovely with a large and comfortable bed. However, a major criticism was the lack of any tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom and the extra charge of 20 euros per person for a very mediocre continental breakfast. Our hotel room cost around 375 euros per night and for that we would have expected at the very least a complimentary continental breakfast.

  Relaxing holiday

  We spent a week at the Belle Aurore - the bedroom was nice with sea view and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom however needs a serious update - the bath in particular is certainly not up to a 4 star hotel - either you have the shower head just above or the overflow knob in your back! The price of the rooms is in my opinion too high. There was a safe in a cupboard which was fixed to the bottom of the cupboard - you therefore had to get down on your hands and knees to use the code - hardly practical! Breakfast was fine but nothing special at 20 euros - there was a cake each day but the same lasted several days! We had a meal in the restaurant one evening - it was excellent - we had a table by one of the big windows which could have been lovely but the window had been splattered by a white mess from top to bottom so you could barely see out. Apart from that the dining room has the most beautiful sea view. The decoration of the hotel is sobre and in good taste. The swimming pool was lovely though chilly. There are a few chaises longues on a sandy part of the terrace which I would hardly call a private beach... Also some wicker chairs which I found very comfortable. There is a small pathway by the pool leading to the sea. The town is a 10-15 minute walk where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and clean beaches. Some nice boat trips too. The hotel is quiet and we slept exceptionally well. The hotel staff were all really nice and friendly.

  A perfect "Get Away" hotel for that short break

  What made me go for this hotel - the setting. Having read their many reviews we stayed three nights in mid September and loved it, though I have to say, if one can manage it go for a small suite & on their web site they had a special offer which included breakfast. Our room/bed very comfortable, balcony/view perfect, and a must, breakfast was perfect - how much does one need at that time of day - the parking and very friendly staff, do take time to chat, and if one has a sea view room it was very quiet. One point of caution, apart from mid summer their restaurant is closed two days a week, but the 10 mins. walk to restaurant area did us good with a good choice of menus. Will certainly plan to return.
