  Bien pero..

  Nos alojamos mi pareja y yo dos noches recientemente. Increíblemente una persona de limpieza accedió a la habitación estando nosotros dentro. Llamó a la puerta y sin esperar respuesta accedió a la misma. Estábamos durmiendo la siesta pero podríamos haber estado haciendo cualquier otra cosa sin tiempo de reacción. Habitación limpia y luminosa. Baño amplio con bañera, toallas y complementos propios. Piscina pequeñita pero válida para refrescarse un rato. Cercano al metro. Salvo por el incidente con la intromisión, el hotel es muy válido para pasar una noche y descansar.

  Good service - Nice room

  Good service, room was clean and everything worked well. Even smoke alarm worked as we witnesses when fire alarm was triggered at night because some one decided to smoke in the room. This was not hotels fault and we didn't get upset because of this. Parking was in a garage in a nearby building. Good value for money and i will recommend this for all.

  Basic hotel and good staff

  The hotel is very basic. Probably it has a high price considering the evaluation of 3 stars hotel. Breakfast would need to be improved. Good location but you need to pay the parking off street as well.

  Basic hotel in convenient location

  We stayed 4 nights in this hotel after booking a last minute trip to Marseille. Leaving our booking late we did not have as many options open to us and this was booked as a deal with Eurostar. Although we received a warm welcome from the reception staff, we were also greeted by a very nasty odour in the reception area which lingered throughout our stay (& occasionally surfaced from our bathroom sink too). It was a drain smell and certainly helped to make our decision to not have breakfast in the hotel, which was served in the reception. Our assumption was that due to the time of year, the hotel swimming pool was closed as we were unable to access it. We didn't enquire further as we were unlikely to use it, but I'm sure that staff would have assisted if asked. The room was cosy but clean, with fresh towels daily. We had good WiFi access throughout and ample plug sockets. Unfortunately there was no safe in the room which I think would have been a good addition for peace of mind. Although a very residential neighborhood, the location had fantastic transport links with buses, trams, trains and metro all a short walk away. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel for your trip, this is probably not it, but if you're happy with something basic to recharge before exploring the city, this would do the trick.

  Clean hotel

  The hotel is modern as was only recently built. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable to sleep on and plug sockets both side of the bed which was helpful. The location was very good as tram was a 2 minute walk away into the main city (5-7 minutes on tram) and also metro a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay again and were impressed. The cons: - sink smelt very bad, we asked them to mend it, which they did, but the smell kept coming back. We have seen previous reviews about this too, so it must be a recurring problem - the kyriad website advertises that there is a sauna. however, there is no sauna and the receptionist confirmed this - the swimming pool is not heated, so is very cold! - the wifi is not very strong and cuts out, but can do basic things - the local area is dirty, with mattresses all over the pavement, but this is not the hotels fault, just have to be careful with broken glass on the roads around - the cleaning of rooms is very inconsistent - we had to ask for toilet paper, hand soap (we had none when we arrived for 2 days), no bottled water until our 3rd day and only had one bottle of water too. we also came back to our room one day to the windows left wide open, so somebody could have easily broken in as we were only on first floor. We would definitely stay again, the staff were friendly, the price was good for location and cleanliness. We would recommend to our friends and family.
