  Overnight stop

  Really did what it said on the tin. Comfy bed and room. Value for money breakfast and pleasant staff. Parking just off the autoroute seems safe and a short trip into town found a fantastic Indian restaurant All in all better than our regular stop so will now become a regular

  Quick polite service, delightful food.

  Polite and informative welcome on arrival. The room was on the small side but clean and alright. Plenty of parking in a quiet location just off the N154. Dinner was more than adequate and the day menu was surprisingly good. The receptionist not only took the orders, served the food but also answered the phone as well. The food was well cooked and one had a choice. An ideal stop on route to Calais the next morning, some 170 miles away.

  Dissappointing stay

  Having stayed at this hotel a few years ago on route home, we were disappointed to find that standards appeared to have slipped. The room was very tired looking and the breakfast was lacking compared to another Kyriad we stayed in during the same trip. However our main problem was the door banging caused by the constant coming and going through the emergency exit by a group of young men who appear to be resident on the second floor of the hotel.

  Good value for an in transit stop.The room was where they said it was and the stairs were not too challenging. Dinners had three main courses and the best choice of wine was a carafe at not too much money. It is in the middle of an industrial estate, but arent they all. It is right next to a busy dual carriageway with absolutely incessant traffic all night long , and with warm weather and the window open ( no aircon ) sleep was interrupted on a regular basis. Its not the Ritz, but you gets what you pays for.

  Needs improvement

  We found the place to be very 'tired' and in need of renovation. It appeared to be an old Campanile that had been sold to Kyriad. The bed was too soft and of the eleven places we stayed at over the month this was by far the worst. Information stated that there was a restaurant but on the Monday evening we arrived were told it was closed that evening! Overall not the best of experiences.
