  A Run-down Shack near Le Bourget Airport

  ... Wow, if it wasn' t for the fact that all hotels were sold out or charging outrageous prices due to the airshow, we had never stayed here. Even this place charged a price where at normal times we could have stayed downtown Paris at a decent 4-star chain hotel. The hotel, more a motel like dwelling, is close to Le Bourget airport in Gonesse. It is in the middle, literally in the middle of a industrial area with lots of transport companies and warehouses. Expect many parking trucks and trailers on the surrounding surface streets. The hotel itself and that deserves some credit, has a nice garden like backyard. That with the only other upside that the people at the fronst desk and in the restaurant were actually nice and helpful - they sure were not the ones deciding that no cent should be invested into this place for years - needs mentioning. However, i seldomly do, but still think a one-star is the right assessment. Rooms are tiny, outdated to an extend and bathrooms are even dirty and moldy. I posted to pictures with excessive mold at the ceiling joints, covered with paint and then again very visible. Beds are narrow, my colleague felt out of it while sleeping ... No joke! Wifi is available for free but very very slow. Breakfast buffet is the one you get a Campanile, very basic: Baguette and croissants are ok but not much more. Coffee was empty and it took two atempts for someone to start a new machine run for fresh Coffee. Well, this was the worst hotel I stayed at since 1997 when i stayed at a run-down lodge near Bryce Canyon, when the famous ones were all sold out. My recommendation: Stay away, if possible.

  Terrible location

  The Hotel Looks really terrible. It needs urgent a renovation. For 3 Stars this was the most terrible Location i have seen this year. Also the rooms are in a bad condition. The bath had a lot of damages and the room was not cleaned over the two days. The Money i have payed was really not the worth for this Hotel.

  One night stay

  What can I say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in floor in room rotten door rotten bathroom needs ripping out in fact the whole hotel needs renovation Wi-fi non existent kettle in room rusty so unable to use no hairdryer best bet is to stear clear of this campanile

  Disappointing

  I found the room rather disappointing and depressing. There was no waste bin, no spoons for the tea / coffee, very limited selection and quantity of tea and coffee, not enough milk, and poor / very unreliable wifi / internet. The staff were, however, quite helpful and pleasant. The smells from what I assume is a nearby sewage treatment plant were overpowering when outside; luckily not in the room.

  Horrible place and service

  Charged three times for one nights stay, staff clueless, have filled the complaint, awaiting refunds!!! Dirty room, kettle not working, outdated furniture, damp/mold stains across the walls and bathroom
