  Good Friendly welcome Nice village location (nature scheme) Bad Dirty deluxe balcony Dirty coffee glasses, ants are all over the glass by the time we entered the room No information sheets of phone numbers (operator, frontdesk, etc) We got twin bed and when my wife and i gathered the bed we found cigarette butt under the bed and food plastic No kiblat direction No bathroom mat No hot water while it's cold in Bogor

  Bad Bad Hotel not recommended !!

  It real Bad Hotel had I ever now. first, i'm booking to Hotel Kyriad Desa Gumanti, but they have system problem, and then move each guest to this hotel BUMI CIKEAS, with reason and apologize. Okay, I guess it does not matter. But rooms booked was really disappointing. Starting from the front door is hard to open, until the bathroom door could not be closed, and the water pooled. Breakfast in the morning is not at all tasty, and the service of the restaurant which was disappointing (I ordered dinner, already one and a half hours is not delivered to the room. When I complain to the reception, it was not at all prepared food, and I cancel that). Only GM which has a good attitude.

  The sales was very nice and accommodating at first, other staff was very friendly. but that's all. The hotel was dirty, cracks on the wall, the food was terrible, they have piping issues, the kids pool was dirty, not all room have towel, blanket, nor tissue and the staff have a lot of excuses when you asked them to fix the pipes and clean the toilet or room. The staff seems never ready or coordinate correctly thus always expect a mess.

  Good place to stay outside the city

  This hotel has actually very good location and landscape. The view from the rooms with balcony is refreshing however, the rooms on the second floor needs exhaust fan and windows to breath. Restaurant is nice to sit around and have some coffee and the front desk staff are kind and friendly. However, it needs a lot of work on the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. I satyed in the hotel rooms and The bathroom sink, walls and floors needs scrubbing. The curtains needs to be hanged properly (not enough metal clip hangers) and blankets and sheets needs to be laundried properly. The meeting rooms are spacious and enough facilities to conduct a group seminar or meeting. Food is good but generally salty in taste. Would recommend this for group overnight stays if they can improve on the following items I mentioned above.

  Bad service and dirty but quite good food

  Staff was quite friendly but not helpful. The lamp in bedside did not work when I arrived and I have reported it to the staff without any follow-up. Cockroach in the bathroom and the amenities is quite old. When it rains, some parts of the roof leak. It's quite old hotel without necessary repair I assume. But the taste and choices of food (for meeting package) was quite good. And meeting room is quite big for a meeting with 30-40 peoples. I think it is best to book this hotel if you want to organize a two to three days meeting for 20-40 peoples with cheaper price than other hotels at Sentul Area but it is definitely not a place for individual or family gathering with less people.
