  Increíble!

  Tuvimos una gran estadia en el Hotel Kuum! Las habitaciones son muy grandes y tienen excelentes vistas. El desayuno es muy completo y el personal es muy amable y respetuoso. La "playa" del hotel es muy bonita y tiene una muy buena ubicación. No dejen de visitar el spa!

  Bellísimo el lugar, ubicado en uno de las mejores bahías de Bodrum , muy buenos cuartos amplios y muy completos, excelente servicio todo el personal muy atento y amigable. Tienen una señorita de servicios al cliente que se llama Cansu hasta nos envió sin costo a nuestro siguiente destino lo que dejamos en el cuarto. Es ampliamente recomendable el hotel en todos los sentidos MARAVILLOSO

  One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! Excellent guest service and spectacular sea views!

  This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Turkey. The customer service was exceptional with all staff members going that extra mile to ensure that you have a great experience. Hotel is very clean and classy. The views from our hotel room's balcony were just stunning . Great value for money too. Highly recommended!

  Fabulous Bodrum Boutique

  We had the most fabulous week at the Kuum which coincided with my birthday, booked through Hotels.com. Ebru in charge of guest services was super helpful at supporting my partner to arrange a few surprises for me, coordinating with him in advance and made sure that she checked in with us throughout the trip to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. The restaurant and bar staff were also super diligent with all of the following ensuring that they could not do enough to support any small request Tayfun, Yigit, Furkan, Muistafa and Omer. The room was lovely and as per marketing pictures. The sea view was amazing. The room was very clean and 4 small bottles of water were complimentary every day plus coffee machine. Some fruit, red wine and Turkish treats greeted us on arrival. Robes and unlimited beach towels were provided. The cocktails were great and not syrupy. Cabanas on the sea front could be hired for an extra charge which included food, fruit platter and soft drinks for the day. The hotel offers treatments including a Turkish bath and massage both reasonably priced. There is no outdoor pool but there is an indoor one which was out of service due to COVID. However the sea is great to swim in, with a large swim area marked by buoys. The hotel was very diligent with COVID and temperature checked us every time we returned from an evening out plus on arrival. The only element that should be improved was the opening time for the gym (10am-6pm)which clashed with breakfast and did not allow exercise to take place before breakfast. The Turkish breakfast was a great spread with a choice of how youd like your eggs and lunch menu had tasty and healthy options. You could walk to Tubuku marina in approx 10 mins but part of the way there was a lack of pavement and a little dangerous as quite a busy road. Would recommend a taxi which takes 2mins and cost about 2 British pounds. Food was great at the Marina if you like fish and shellfish as we do. All in all a fabulous stay with very attentive staff- will definitely return!

  The amazing Kuum hotel*****

  Had an amazing stay at the lovely Kuum hotel for my partner's birthday. After contacting the hotel prior to the trip, the lovely Ebru, helped me to organise treats for her birthday. Ebru was super efficient and helpful in ensuring my partner had a fabulous birthday. By organising a lovely room, couples turkish bath and massage by the sea, which was reasonably priced, cabana by the sea, resturant booking with cake and birthday song sang in Japanese . Whilst at the birthday meal at the onsite Natsu resturant, our room was decorated with flower petals leading up to and on the bed and more wine and lovely treats. Our room was spacious with an amazing sea view and balcony. There was a fruit plate and bottle of tasty red wine that greeted us in the room. The hotel gardens are immaculate and compliment the beautiful views and ambiance of the hotel, which evoke a relaxing, calm energy within. The sea is safe and refreshing to swim in. The only draw back for us was the gym opening time at 10am and would ideally have liked to do a little bit of moving in the gym before breakfast but it's not a deal breaker lol. So we booked the gym for 5pm instead to offset the copious amount of lovely food we ate. Most evenings we would venture to Tubuku marina where there are many nice seafood resturants and very interesting local shops and stalls to browse after a heavy meal and walk off our food. A taxi from the hotel is only £2 or 20 Lira. The staff at the Kuum were super helpful and our personal tradition is to give the staff a small tip to show that we appreciate their service and help to build rapport throughout the stay. A special mention to Tayfun, Yigit, Furkan, Muistafa and Omar, who really helped to shape a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Kuum that is etched in our memories forever.
