  Great hotel shame about the bar full of smokers

  Decent spacious comfortable rooms great service , fully stocked bar , but also full of smokers - what a shame Breakfast also good choice of food and friendly helpful team . They need to create a smokers area or room off the bar so the rest of us (majority ) who don't smoke don't have to stink for the rest of the stay in the hotel

  One night stay for a business trip

  It's been the furth time that i've stayed in this hotel in Pirmasens, It's always been an excellent experience. The room are very comfortable with all needed elements. The personnel is very nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is probably the best part, with always excellent german dishe. during summer timeit's great to have dinner in the terrace next to the recetion entrance. Overall always a great experience which is confirmed every time i return to Pirmasens,

  It was OK

  The hotel itself was OK. Everybody was so nice and happy to help you. The bedroom was OK, Bathroom super clean and the bed super comfy. About restaurant, well, It was pricey and food wasn't that good. I didn't try the spa.

  Efficiently run with attention to detail.

  Found this gem by chance while travelling to England from Italy. Its a family owned hotel with a personal touch. Bedding was outstanding, when I complimented the staff on this it was explained that the pillows and duvets were made with a wool filler. I have now looked into buying a similar product. The food, especially the breakfast was delicious with good choices. The spa area was a welcome bonus and relaxing after a long drive. I hope one day to return to this charming hotel and spend more time exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

  Verry good Hotel

  We passed 1 night in this nice hotel,,verry clean and nice.The rooms are well designed,and the bed is perfect,as also a nice clean bathroom.During summer time you can have lunch or dinner on a nice terras.The breakfast was perfect.We had dinner,,it was realy ok,,but a little bit pricy.The staf is friendly We will return again to this hotel
