  Disgusting! And huge fire risk

  Filthy room, absolutely disgusting. Stinks of old stale smoke on entering, cushions smell so bad I could vomit. In the bathroom there are clumps of hairs on the floor, not a little bit that can be missed when cleaning, actually clumps. In the bedroom there is thick dirt on the carpet that can be scraped up with my finger. I'm not easily disgusted, but this place really is horrendous. More worrying is there is only a single fire escape which runs internally down the centre of the building and we're currently on the 7th floor. Went down the stairs and every single door that says "fire door, keep closed" is wedged open. Definitely do not feel safe here. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!
