  a wonderful stay on the higher slopes of Kufri

  the location is great and accessible by car with ample car parking space. stayed in a super deluxe room which had a good room heater as it was quite freezing outside at evening and dawn. the room had wonderful views and kettle, tea and coffee were provided. visited in the last week of December and there was scattered snow all around kufri. we were thrilled to find ample snow inside the hotel premises and enclosed garden itself. buffet breakfast was adequate, dinner was fine as well. loved the a la carte food, especially tandoori chicken, masala peanuts, dry chilly chicken. very helpful reception staff and bellboy helped us with carrying all the bags to the room at higher slopes. restaurant staff were awfully slow in filling up the bowls during breakfast and dinner buffet. hot water was only available in the bathroom for 2 hours in the morning & eve which was rather annoying.

  Too close to the snow adventures

  It is very well located but very crowded vicinity. As we get out of the hotel we were fully surrounded by traffic. I would prefer to stay at a different place though everything else was okay. View, food, staff, all good

  Pathetic services

  Perfect location but services are simply horrible. Our bags were kept nearly after an hour in room. A cottage room was allotted to us without cleaning it. Remains of earlier guests and dirty sheets were complimentary for us. We had to call them ten times for cleaning the room. Geyser and tv were not in working condition. Used room essentials were lying here and there. We had to call them ten times demanding each room service. The manager did not pay heed to our requests.

  so so! not good, but not extremely bad, you can stay if its costing cheap

  We were there on new years eve this year. Rooms - we had booked 2xdeluxe room. they arent good for the price we paid. the rooms are dimly lit.. there isnt proper lighting in the rooms. Bathrooms are bad, i mean though they were clean but felt so unheigeinic specially in covid times Bed - basic with linen didnt appear to be very fresh there is TV in the room but we didnt tried to use it, so no reviews there are no lifts in the hotel but the staff helps you with luggage we had breakfast and dinner included in the charges but though the food was ok in taste but there wasnt any variety. on the name of non-veg- the offer was egg curry, seriously are you joking. drink options were water, a juice flavour which im not sure what it was and tea in breakfast and only water in dinner. not even any juice or coke for that matter. locality is ok. hotel looks really nice from surroundings and reception but deceits all your perceptions once you enter the room. the best part was the snow which was in the play area for kids. so its a big area which connects 2 different buildings i suppose and it was quite big so that the kids and people can enjoy the snowfall and swings. thats the bes part about staying in this hotel.

  Snowy peaks

  Situated at a high altitude the hotel offers spectacular view of the snow laden peaks. In winter it gets covered with the snow. The hotel accommodation and food are average. Not very good. But you can stay here for a night or two.
