Amazing staffA very pleasant hotel with a magic view. Clean, comfortable. But above all, extremely friendly staff, making all their best to make you feel welcome and well treated. Definitely, this hotel will remain our first choice for our next visits. Well done !

A good average 3 star HotelThe overall rating I gave of average was maybe a bit harsh but I didn't believe it rated very good and as there is no good, average was the nearest. Located at the quieter end of the beach where there are a lot of very reasonably priced fish restaurants. Both Budva and Kotor very scenic places (esp Kotor) and with a good Bus service from Kotor there is plenty to see. There are a lot of Russians here - I am NOT saying this is good or bad - merely an observation. Second language would seem to be Russian therefore but nearly all menus in English and Hotel reception speak English so no big deal. Only real neg point was that when we asked for a blanket they gave us 2 baby type blankets to go with the small sheets!

Disaster in every wayWe book hotel through booking.com it looked nice an affordable for 3 star hotel. I ignored bad reviews as they advertise that rooms were renovated in 2017. What a terrible mistake I made I realised soon as we got there. We got really bad bedroom with outdated bathroom kitchen very bad bedding awful colours on the wall dirty things under beds terrible terrible terrible smell from the bathroom...The only good thing about this hotel is the view nothing else. And the breakfast ahhh I wish I took photos of the eggs and pasta and the way they displayed food....

Old old old and disappointedOnly two things in this let's say hotel is the view and the reception girl with dark hair, she is so gentle and helpful. The rest is disaster. They promise us parking we didn't have it. Nobody care where we left our car. We payed for parking 8 a day. Furniture is old old and the smell in the room is old. We are very disappointed. Breakfast is included but we eat once because it is very bad. We had breakfast almost every morning in restaurant Apetit which is very close to the hotel. They have very good menu and it is very tasty.

Not goodWe booked this apart hotel for 1 week through holiday rentals - my advice, don't bother. We had a family room that had an overwhelming smell of damp as soon as you walked in. There were 4 single beds and when you turn over in the night half the slats fall out. The bathroom was billed as the best in the hotel however the shower head was taped up with duck tape so it just sprayed directly into the wall so you needed to unhook and hold it over you to shower. The street to get to it is almost inaccessible by car and there is no parking. There is a makeshift public car park at the end of the dodgy road it's on where our rental car got keyed on the first night. We were that unimpressed we checked out a couple of nights early (despite having already paid for it) and went back across the border to Croatia where the standard of accomodation was much higher. I've stayed in hostels that were much cheaper and of a much higher standard than this. In general the area is dirty, overdeveloped and ridiculously overcrowded (though I realise we did visit in peak season) in marked contrast to the beautiful mountain interior we explored.
