  Good Budget Lake View Hotel in Town

  Economical Self Service Friendly Staff Normal Food Location is Amazing Beer and wine served in restaurant Greens Water peaceful location What i felt bad is its not so tidy But excused considering as a budget hotel

  Average hotel, nice Ashtamudi lake views

  Location: The resort is about 1.7 Km from Kollam railway station and 900m (10 min walk) from Kollam KSRTC bus station. The food shops, Kollam Tourism office, boat jetty are near bus station. The views are awesome. For location, it gets 10/10. Staff: The staff are okay, neither good nor bad. (5/10) Facilities: They provide minimum facilities like towels, hot water. No coffee maker, no slippers. (3/10) Breakfast: No breakfast. (0/10) Value for money: I would say Yes, if falls in your budget. (4/10) How to book: You can book on KTDC official website or on some booking websites. I may not recommend this hotel as it has nothing special to offer.   Waste of Money...just good location

  Its Government running organization and very basic facilities available and as per cost per night waste of money and its heat wave hotel no AC works here..if you open window then mosquitos will attack

  Nothing great

  Location - Great Check in - No assistance offered for baggage ( 7 pieces ) even though there were two resort staff at reception area - had to carry and climb upto 2nd floor - no elevator available Room - On entering had a very musty smell - one whole wall had seepage plus a large long crack. Had to air it. When moved the window curtains noticed dust on it. Linen - was clean / bath towel only one kept and we were three adults ( had requested for clean linen during booking ) Bathroom - was clean - looked like just renovated Restaurant - Tea took almost 15 mints - very casual attitude of staff noticed - had only Poori for breakfast hence went outside Collected ID at check in and informed to return it - but had to ask for it after 5 hrs even though the resort was empty - did not see any other guest during stay.

  Poorly Maintained at an excellent Location

  The hotel is located with the ashtamudi lake view. Access to the first floor room is with terrible stir case where I almost had a fall. The railings of the stair case is closed to make a room for security. The windows are not closing properly. There are lot of ants in the room. Lunch is okay. Breakfast and dinner is very bad.Only one person available in the resturant for everything. The plus point is Receptionist and the night security. Accidentally the boat guy dropped us adjoining jetty at 8pm.we called them for help. They guide us with the help of Torch light to walk over to main road. Lots of thanks for both of them. The Hotel needs maintenance and attention in the food. Very good location. Not suitable for elderly peoples.
