    Excellent Stat

    We had booked a premium double delux room and stayed here from 24th to 26th March, 2019. The people at reception were very impressive, always smiling and helping us. The room was spacious, clean, good view. Facilities offered were excellent except for food for shich we had to go their nearby restaurant about one minute walk.Check in and check out were quick. We enjoyed our stay here and we recommend this hotel to trevellers.

    Perfect stay for pilgrimage tour

    Stayed here for one night. We chose normal AC room. Everything was perfect - AC, water heater, well maintained and clean bathroom. Price also nominal. Very nearby to station, bus stand and temple. 10 mins walkable distance to temple. Staffs were also friendly. On the whole very well maintained government hotel. Go for it!

    Sad!

    We just had a night stay at ktdc nandanam and I'm very unhappy with my choice! The age oldness is visible in every inch.. we stayed in 207 and I didn't like the room with my two small kids.. the staff were good. The bathroom was not neat.. and cubpords were torn. Bed looked shabby. They could at least replace some furniture.the cushion was so dirty. Heater was working good. Inside restaurant is also ok.

    Old Age Govt Property

    We stayed with family for two nights in first week of Aug 2019. Ample Car parking and check in was quick. complete lack of maintenance seen everywhere. Cleanliness needs lot of attention. Dirty mattresses,towels and list goes on every bit of the property. Restaurant is not attached and needs a couple of minutes of walk. They had limited varieties and most important they don't serve any typical Keralite breakfast varieties like appam etc. The only advantage is its close proximity to railway station and nothing else.

    A Clean Budget Hotel At Holi Place Guruvayoor.

    We stayed (10 / 11th Jan 20) and had foods at this hotel. We came here in connection with my sons marriage. A clean place, excellent service with good food. Good location little away from crowded place. Overall we had a good experience. But still they can improve and make it a memorable place to live and dine.
