  Una lastima de hotel

  A simple vista parecía un hermoso hotel muy de la zona pero vaya sorpresa que nos llevamos éramos un grupo de turista que nos llevaron a este hotel la primera impresión es de suciedad y te da sensación de que pequeños bichos te caminan por el cuerpo lo mejor vino en la noche no sé qué pasó o si lo hace a propósito pero el hotel queda en completo a obscuras y luego APARECEN LAS CHINCHES O PULGAS que te vistan a media noche a la mañana siguiente varios de mis compañeros amanecieron todos picoteados por estos bichos es totalmente un hotel muy malo y luego el desayuno a medias y para terminar no hay personal que te pueda asistir no recomiendo para nada este hotel es horrible

  Es un hotel antiguo

  Es un hotel antiguo, lejos de la ciudad pero con habitaciones muy amplias un pequeño inconveniente es que el personal habla poco inglés, pero hacen un gran esfuerzo por atenderte y a compensa con las hermosas imágenes al rededor del hotel económico y con lo básico para una estancia tranquila.

  Avoid !!!

  I'm sure if you are travelling you would have enough money for yourself to have some comfort and satisfaction on your trip. I will not say anything about this hotel but only one thing, please avoid, trust me I cannot write anything to convince someone to come here, please you can get some other better hotels than this.

  Family ski holiday over New Year

  We went with Crystal / TUI as a last minute bargain deal. I'm an experienced traveller and we have stayed in many ski hotels in Austria as a family. The reason this is a budget hotel is that there is no pool or spa and you don't get a much of a choice for dinner. However - the rooms are large with balconies with plenty of hot water and the hotel fabric is fine, albeit not particularly fashionable and the decor is a bit '80s. But you get what you pay for, and we were happy. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food was good. It's on the edge of town, close to the ski bus stop. Would recommend if you get a deal.

  4 stars are definitely 2 too much, of not 3 too much

  Spacious and located in a skiing area. Other than that, based on our experience, not a lot positive to say about the place. The hotel seems old and worn out, smells of past smoking in all shared areas, a swing door for bus groups or high school kids. It says free wifi, reality is though, only free in shared areas. If you want it in your room (which is common standard at other 4 star hotels we have visited), we were asked to pay EUR 5 per device. The breakfast reminded us of a primitive outdoor kitchen. All in all, in our opinion not to be recommended. Very disappointing.
