  Far Far Away

  First of all: The hotel is clean, with smart details and has a very friendly staff. Big good beds with two pillows. We had a very big room for this category and at normal it is a great place to stay. But: 1. The Hotel is located in the middle of nowehre. No Infastructure or bars. You can drive only via bus to the next U-Tube. Time: 45 minutes to downtown. Hotel-Bar is closing at 11 p.m. (OK, we know that and had a car - 15 minutes drive - no negative points from me) 2. Come ahead with the car: parking lots are rare - have luck if you catch one. (-MINUS) 3. A loudly Shisha-Bar is near and the guys are feeling in the evening great: Pimped BWMs are running down the street loudly. (-Minus) And at the other end you have emergency station. Fortune for a well sleep. (-Minus) 4. Breakfast: Be careful - breakfast on weekend is much more expensive than during the week - but it does not really distinguish to the "normal" breakfast. Difference 3 Euro - okay - you have salmon? Bad. Breakfast under the week is only available UNTILL 09:00 a.m. (- BAD minus) 5. The biggest mistake is the breakfast over all: We have been waiting for bread, O-Juice and eggs for over 20 minutes. The filling service is not very fast. Coffee could be better. (-minus) 6. Breakfast 2nd: Fruíts are served - also big plates with serveral dishes (Cheese, Salami, etc.) are served (-Positive) 7: Room-Sevice does not make up our rooms at the first day. Conclusion: It is a good hotel. You have some negative parts, that can be solved very soon. Perhaps we see us again and you you will get 4 Points.

  Would go out of my way to stay here again.

  I was very, very surprised by the quality of this place. I arrived late but my after hours arrival was accommodated and even some food prepared after the kitchen had officially closed. My room was large, nicely furnished and with a great bathroom. Tea, coffee and a complimentary water are available. Free wifi of course. Breakfast was also good and all staff was very friendly. In summary, I would go out of my way to stay there again.

  the motto: sleep, work, play is nice but where to work? in the lobby? at the rooms only a very tiny board is fixed with ropes under the tv. tiny round stool to sit. bathroom ok. more light would be recommended. breakfast delicious!! staff super friendly!! parking lot!

  Where to begin.....

  Well as a fortunate global travel I have to say that although Germany isnt renowned for its customer service....... The hotel is clean , super tiny rooms ..... yet the customer service is absolutely disgusting......... rude, arrogant , obnoxious and darn right disrespectful......!!! Theyve tried to create a unique concept based heavily on the 25hours chain, yet failed miserably on attention to detail .... 25Hours is in my opinion a Rolls Royce .... yet Underdog is merely an Opal .......Having said this the manager Philip is securitys to non.....

  Lovely welcome

  Lovely 1 night stay. Room and all areas very clean. Really appreciated welcome at reception and for breakfast. Was encouraged to practise my german and staff did not immediately switch to english which was great.
