  Best Hotel we've ever been!

  First of all I have to say that the bad reviews mentioned here are definitely not right! We are a group of friends travelling together every year. We were at the Kristall Hotel for several times and the quality of food rooms and service is extremly high. Everybody working at the Kristall was very friendly and hard working just to make our stay a pleasent one. We know those people who complain here very well. They don't behave properly. In which restaurant in the world can you take your own drinks with you. I don't think that this is a serious critique. When I read this I feel very sorry for the Kristall Hotel, because of the wrong reviews! Guys! I can tell you! If you want to go on a perfect holiday - book a flight an check in in the best Hotel in Saalbach! You'll have a great time there.

  Nice hotel with terrible hotel owner

  Good locations, very good food and other facilities, but hotel owner and personal was awful. if you want enjoy our vacations, don´t go there, but if travel on our own and you are very silent person, then you might go there, but be aware not making any mistake. travel time was feb 2011

  Nice, Nice

  Top Location, very good food and very clean. Many Apres Ski facilities nearby. Overall Saalbach is a fun place to stay when you're not in to big masses of drunk people. Situated directly next to the 'Schattberglift' so you can almost ski to the front of the Hotel.

  Perfect luxury holiday apartments in the village center

  The newly renovated and re-opened Residence Kristall is the former Hotel Kristall. Now 17 apartments with 2-8 beds. Sauna and relax in the grund floor. Breakfast or half board available in the restaurant at 1 st floor. Schattberg lift 50 metres. Nice balconies. Very nice stay with excellent service from the staff in the reception. Well equipped kitchen, and nice foodstore just across the street. All service within walking distance, and located in a pedestrian area. Parking available.

  Awesome apartment

  We stayed 2nd Feb to 9th Feb 2019 in apartment 15. Huge living room, great kitchen, 3 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lovely balcony. The ski locker was warm and spacious. The main ski lift was 5 mins walk away. WiFi was excellent. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Bar served cold beer. What more do you want?
