  Lo que la me gustó del hotel que es un lugar amplio y limpio y referente a unos de los meseros del hotel su servicio fue exelente el único que su atención fue exelente y del mesero que estoy hablndo se llama Jorge Eduardo mesero de la palapa del ese hotel así como esa persona no hay porque los demás son pésimos

  INOLVIDABLE EXPERIENCIA

  He viajado infinidad de veces a cancun El servicio del hotel en especial en la pisina y el mar donde el bar cascada donde he sido atendido por un exelente equipo empezando por su gerente ANDRES GARCIA y sus colaboradores CHRISTIAN JORGE HUGO LINDA ARACELI KARINA quisiera nombrar a muchos más expero que compartan estas experiencias como un servidor Andrés sigue con ese equipo que tienes FELICIDADES

  English not welcome

  Im sitting in the lobby feeling like I have just landed and got out of a space ship. Im surrounded by Germans, now I dont have a problem with anyone ever but my god there rude. We arrived on the 14th sep. late at night, once in our room which I have to say is lovely , in opening the mini fridge we found nothing so came to ask if we could have some water and something to eat ask we had been travelling most of the day, we Was told the shop was 15 mins own the road and we could get what we wanted there, my mouth dropped it was nearly 12 at night and I was shattered. So we brought a drink over the bar because they stopped serving at 11. Next day we got up breakfast ..mediocre, sat in the sun and went to the reception bar , now Im a person who normally loves everyone as a couple I and my partner like to laugh but in this hotel theres not a great deal of laughter the bar staff in reception need a personality make over, I dont think one woman even knows how to smile, well actually I would say half the staff look generally naffed off working here. Any way yesterday we had a stroll around trying to find the normal tat you take home from your holiday for family ( its ok Im sure my daughter will love what I have her. ) ....when we got on the blue traIn at the sea front, the knees dont work as good as the used to so we thought we would get a better look around. We got on the blue train just a little one, I hope you know the kind I mean we got on to be told it had stopped and to get on the yellow one, so we got off and got on the yellow one,Im sttting all comfy when my partner got off and start running towards the blue train, now this was within seconds, yep you guessed it left his very expensive mobile on the seat and within a blink of an eye gone. Now feeling like his right arm had been cut off we got a taxi back to the hotel to check and see if he had left his bank cards in the safe , yes thank god he had, we made all calls we needed to and was told to report it, so back down to the reception desk. A tallish man came over and explained we needed to go to the police station,,so off we went me moaning all the way about my decapitated knees. We eventually found the Station to be told we needed an interpreter, I asked could they get us one for them to put their hands in the air like some new dance move ,and said where from. Omg where from how do I know. Needless to say that was a waste of time. But we did get to see a few abandoned hotels rubbish and very broken pavements on our walk. On return back ........me naturally entering the hotel lobby on my hands and knees like I have just crawled out of the desert found a table. Drink in hand we both sat very bewildered about what had happened. The tall man come back asked how we got on and I told him it was a waste of time and that no one has helped us. I also asked why no staff seem happy in there work. And that we felt we are being treated very different to the other nationalities within the hotel. His reply to me was ..........English people dont come to this side they go else where............my face was a picture well I felt like I had just been smacked in the mouth. At the same time as him saying this he was rolling his eyes and I genuinely felt he didnt give a dam and was almost saying you should have picked another hotel, I wish I did, staff rude unhelpful.i have complained and was told that the staff my not understand us because we have a certain tone in our voice..... what tone Im from kent nightmare .mmmmm we wont be back, still have another week to go, so take it from two people who travel a lot you will not fit in if your English in this hotel..foods ok not great.

  Poor staffing!

  Hotel was good, clean, well positioned not far from the beach but like Amanda from Maidstone, I arrived in the same night and roughly at the same time, I felt exactly the same and also had the same treatment by the staff working on the reception bar when made the same questions! After 3 days of same treatment from same 2 female workers I complaint to the manager and got an apology from the blonde one but never from the other one (Flora) she was a stuck up cow all the time we were there ,she might have thought we owed her the world. My complaint to the manager did had some effect because after that day they would put a yellow smile on their.face if I was approaching the bar but not that one ! In the UK she wouldn't be there by the end of day 5 with all complaints against her and she never changed her behaviour. At the end of the day my advise to all the one who asked me how was it !? I just said .... eye opener, if you're not German or speak the language! Don't bother! Will I come back !? Don't know , maybe not, didn't felt welcomed there. Shame!

  This is not a 4 star hotel !!

  We stayed the hotel for 2 weeks. The food was awful. Poor food ,repeated the menu the same dish was on 5 times on 2 weeks. The staff were extremely rude and not accommodating. The hotel staff were not happy having english people there none of the bar staff and catering staff could speak English. The F & B manager was so rude and shouted at you if you left any drinks or food. Do not go to this hotel !!
