  Great central location by the river

  The location is good and the building is old and beautiful. No reception, no bar, averidge breakfast, not so tidy. Friendly staff. This is not a hotel any more, it is b&b. The hotel is near by the Grand Hotel Pupp and the funicular up to the Restaurant Diana up the hill.

  Nice hotel with great location

  This hotel is depandance of Hotel Palacky which is situated few meters from it and where you can find reception and luxury restaurant. I think this is really no problem. Important is great location in city centre, kind receptionist, clean and beautiful hotel interiors and rooms. Bath-room is pretty large with bath tube. Double bed was not so large but we slept well. Breakfast was standard continental. Considering the rates we paid, we were totally satisfied and we will go back again during next visit of Karlovy Vary.

  Amazing stay for affordable price

  First of all i would like to thank all the staff at this hotel , they ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is the first hotel iv stayed at that i can only compliment the service, from interacting prior to coming , to check in , restaurant staff. Everyone was lovely , friendly and helpful. Other than the great service the location is superb , walking distance everything you need to see and do in Karlovy Vary. Breakfast and dinner was also lovely. I will definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

  Liars

  I sent an email to book a room the day before my booking. Once there, they told me that the hotel was fully booked!! They did not help me to find another place or anything. I highly recommend to avoid this place.

  A dissapointment for 4 stars

  Yes, hotel location is great. We booked this hotel (while traveling through Czech) because we wanted something special for my birthday and not too expensive. We booked a suite and also expected to get the suite but was overbooked to double room. It might bo OK if we weren't travelling with our doughter. All they did was just putting an auxilary bed in double room so we were hardly moving orund the room. Also the elevator was not working and in the morning we woke up with no electricity. You can imagine how it was going to the bath just with the light from our phones. I had great expectation from Karlovy vary as it is really a nice town, but hotel experience ruined them. So sorry.
