  cómodo hotel

  Me pareció un muy buen hotel, cómodo, limpio, personal amable y muy buen desayuno. La calidad del sueño fue buena. Recomendable. Además el lugar donde está situado, el parque. el riachuelo es realmente muy lindo

  Renovated room made for a good stay with only minor flaws

  We stayed here for one night in order to attend the Rhein in Flammen fireworks display in nearby Bonn. Pros: - newly renovated room and hallway, comfy bed, nice furniture and cozy lighting; I had the impression that we had been upgraded because the room had a generous size; everything was very clean (except the window) - undisturbed sleep with no outside noise - good location, close to both the train station and the city center; Bonn and Cologne are easily accessible via train and motorways; as we arrived on a Saturday evening and left on a Sunday morning it was easy to find a free parking spot in one of the adjacent streets - two complimentary bottles of water in the room Cons: - bathroom was very small and not renovated, did not fit the otherwise modern room; modest shower stall with cheap shower head - not a good selection of amenities: shampoo and bodywash combined in a wall-mounted plastic squeeze bottle, soap dispenser ditto - no coffee- or tea-making facilities in the room (there was a self-service station in the lobby though) - probably the ugliest view from a room one could have, see pics attached (walls, parking garage ramp, garbage bins); before our arrival we had specifically asked for a room on a higher floor, but ended up being assigned a room on the first floor - the rest of the hotel seemed to be unrenovated, which somehow created a contrast to the modern hallways and rooms (on the other hand its positive that they started to upgrade their property where it matters most, instead of spending money only on very visible things like a flashy lobby) The service upon check-in and check-out was not especially friendly or personalized, but not too unfriendly either, so I wouldnt rate it a pro or con. A slightly negative point was that the receptionist at check-out did not ask whether everything was to our liking, which I would consider necessary in a four star superior hotel. Instead, all we literally got was a rather curt Ah, the room was already paid. Okay, bye (we are German native speakers, so there was no language barrier from either side as an excuse for him acting so tersely). Maybe the hotel should remind its receptionists of the simple fact that you never get a second chance for a first impression - nor a second chance for a last impression... All in all we were satisfied with our stay in this hotel, mainly because of the renovated room and the undisturbed sleep. If we had to stay in Siegburg again, we would certainly consider to book the Parkhotel a second time.

  Great modern hotel

  We booked 2 rooms at this hotel to spend a night in Siegburg. We love the spacious, modern, & clean rooms and bathrooms. The receptionist was very friendly & helpful and the big fresh juicy apples and coffee machine at the lobby were delightful extras. We will definitely consider staying in this hotel again if we visit Siegburg in the future. The location of the hotel is fantastic...in a quiet location whilst being just around the corner from the middle of the lovely town centre. Id also recommend the nearby Medo Mediterranean restaurant for main meals & Fassbender Cafe for scrumptious afternoon cakes & coffee.

  Great Hotel

  The hotel was clean and comfortable as Ive grown to expect with Germany. The receptionist was kind and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Food was good but typical European style breakfast. Which I had no issues with just dont expect UK full breakfast. Never ate in the restaurant for tea , so cant comment and the hotel is approximately 10 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Siegburg.

  Confortable Hotel

  During the K exhibition I was a guest of this Hotel. It's silent and really confortable. Try the bar and the breakfast. It's not common to get these standards services in Germany. The price rate is correct.
