  Lovley place ,home from home

  Hospitality of the host is excelent .We arrived late and that was not a problem. Studio , room 7 has a wonderful views and big terrace.Place is clean and 10 minutes walking to the town main street.As we had late flight , we left our bags in a hotel so we could enjoy last day of sunshine.Thank you for your hospitality.Definitly recomend this place

  Amazing value

  These rooms are amazing value only a 10 minute walk from the beach and everything you need ! The rooms a brand new. The cleaner comes in every day and leaves clean towels and linen. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone wanting quality on a budget

  Peaceful, clean, inexpensive

  Just returned from one week at Koukounaries and thoroughly recommend it. Sofia who manages the studios lives on site which is always a good thing. She is helpful when you need her but not at all in your face, just very pleasant and speaks very good English. Our Studio (3) was very clean and had all you need, including wifi. We had a little balcony on first floor with country views and although facing the balconies of a nearby property (not too close) screened by trees. I think other rooms may have had better views but we were perfectly happy. Sheets and towels were changed regularly and room was kept spotlessly clean. It is a little out of town but still within easy reach of shops, beach etc. It ensures you are away from late night noise. We didn't even have the obligatory barking dog! The last part is uphill but it was not a problem for us and we are not young! I imagine in very hot weather you would have to use the aircon more than we did. Someone else mentioned the walls being thin and it is true that on our first night we were disturbed by our neighbours talking loudly but fortunately it was a "one off" and after that there were no problems. All in all I would recommend these studios and if I returned to Skala I would stay again.

  Greece as it should be

  This property is just perfect for a Greek holiday Sophie is a very caring person and takes amazing care of her property The views from balconies of orange lemon and olive trees are hard to find in all inclusive this is how it should be A liitle out of the main drag but worth the walk for the peaceful stay The rooms are better than those my friends were staying in at more expensive properties

  Top class well kept property

  Great hospitality, free safe, air con and WiFi. Constant hot water and spotlessly clean. Modern toaster,kettle and fridge. In quiet location 10 mins walk from centre of Skala. The pool at next door apartments is free to use. I will return in the future.
