  the animation team was very nice, dilara,romeo tony, yaya, were very interested in us and took great care of us, if I come again I will choose this hotel again! Me encanto la playa y la piscina. Y mis hermanos chiquito le encantaron pasar el tiempo con Dilara en el mini club todo muy bello.

  Long awaited holiday

  After booking this in Oct 2019 for September 2020 and having holiday/flights cancelled/changed 3 times due to Covid we were so looking forward to and grateful to get on our holiday/to this lovely hotel, esp as whilst there Turkey went on the returning quarantine list for the UK. Airports Manchester and Izmir scarily quiet due to Covid. Nice easy and speedy transfer from airport to hotel (60min and forst drop off), hands sanitizer, temp taken and recorded and cases sprayed, all very impressive. Reception/check in okay however along form of details to fill in, nothing much explained, no direction to the room. Bell boys great, gave direction to rooms and cases arrived within 5/10min. Easy to navigate around the hotel once walked around it once and everywhere immaculate clean as were all the staff in their uniforms. Had to wear a mask into the restaurant and whilst getting your food, which is fine with me, yet it seemed so many people couldnt do it. If all the staff all day long indoors and outdoors and in the heat can do it then come on its not a lot to ask (they even had masks you could help yourself too at the entrances) as well as hand sanitizer and these were also on all the tables and everywhere around the hotel. Whilst there were extra measures in place due to Covid it was lovely to be away and feel that we had got away from it all. Our room was lovely and big with a huge balcony and it got the sun on it in the afternoon and you could see the sea as well as the sunset. Our safe stopped working one day and within 10min of calling reception it was fixed. Loved the toiletries in bathroom and the amazing shower as well as the robes and slippers and the mini bar, although would have been nice to have a few mini beers in it not just soft drinks. Drinks from the bar very good, Prosecco/cava included on the AI, as well as branded drinks but be careful as sometimes unless asking for a brand they would serve the cheaper brands, a large baileys to finish the night was great. The only downside to the drinks I found was that if watching/joining in the evening entertainment then they were still served in plastic cups which wasnt great. The food at every meal inc the snack bar was really nice, fresh, well presented, tasty and so much choice. I wasnt sure how being served due to Covid would feel however I think they coped brilliantly, so many staff serving, never had to wait that long and they were so generous with the portions, great labelling of the foods just hard to see it before being served however they were happy for you to just have a look first. The childrens Buffett seemed to not be on for very long at meal times however my son eats anything and everything so no for us to need to use it, he loved the ice cream at the snack bar as did we. The entertainment wasnt a full programme as so much cant be done at the moment due to restrictions and social distancing However what was on offer was done to the best of the entertainments team ability, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and Sophie was actually loads more knowledgeable and more helpful than reception. The kids club was great and my little boy had great fun and it was nice to have the park in the sun for the adults to sit in still whilst under the shade for the play equipment. He loved the kids disco in the evening and we saw an amazing fore show (top entertainment) Was sad to find out that the cocktail, canapé and violinist only do a once a week slot on a Monday meaning we missed it as arrived late Monday and left in the afternoon on the following Monday. Turkish night for good and entertainment was on Saturday. The slides for the adults were so much fun and also kept in a clean and well maintained state. My little boy loved the kids pool however not when the main water was turned on for the bigger kids attraction (he only 4) this is for a hour in morning 11-12 and then again for few hours in the afternoon. The main pool is the biggest and cleanest Ive ever seen/swam in and there were lifeguards at all times around all areas of the pool. The beach that was private to the hotel was lovely too with nice calm and warm sea. We didnt use the al carte however after hearing other holiday makers experience I dont think we missed out on much as sounded rather strange. Had a Turkish Bath and massage in the spa which was amazing yet more expensive than I am used to for Turkey and they werent willing to move on the pricing. Went to the Hong Kong Chinese that everyone was raving about which we found nice but I wouldnt say out of this world and we found a little over priced, however in saying that they do collect you, you eat and then can explore the harbour, go for a drink elsewhere etc and think bring you back to the hotel at a time you would like. Overall we would certainly go back as was a lovely hotel and I can imagine without Covid the activities/nighttime shows etc and overall ambiance and experience would be even better. Great for a relaxing holiday away from everything and o need to leave the complex as everything there for you. I would say its a good 4* and could be 5* with a few tweaks: Reception being more informative/helpful, some general hotel information in your room or in a noticeable place, glass not plastic for drinks in the evening, would be nice to see the sports bar, games room and disco open too (post Covid)

  Great holidays

  So nice hotel , we was come here for a week 10-17 October with family.Want say thank you for all stuff who works there . In rooms every time very clean .In main restaurant for safety with situation what is happening now in world you should wearing a mask , in territory you can be without mask .Very good and big beach territory. Wonderful hotel territory.Great aqua park zone . Want say big thank you to entertainment team so kind ,funny wonderful , energy team .Already miss to everyone And every evening mini disco for kids and different programs for adults. My little sister very enjoy to come to mini club . Our family so enjoy be here and after when our holiday is finish was very hard to go home .Thank you to everyone We will be happy to come back here again

  The only review youll need to read from a very well travelled couple.

  First visit for 10 nights wasnt long enough. Came back and did 5 weeks. Fabulous. Its not the biggest weve ever stayed in and there are things that can be improved. The food was the best weve had at an A.I. Theme nights could be better. Staff were superb, just the odd one took a dislike to us. We originally went there because the Gym looked good, and it was for a Hotel. I could write a huge review but to be honest there was very little that we disliked. Animation team were awesome.......especially the guys.....Soso and Romeo o had a great sense of humour and spoke great English. The ladies just didnt have the same personality. One of the Managers in the Restaurant, Aysun Dastan was a lovely lady who couldnt do enough. Faik Ates, the Waiter at the 24 hour lobby bar was just the best. Nejla Seval the Customer Relations Manageress was awesome who spoke at least 3 languages fluently. If there was a problem this lady sorted it. A huge swimming pool, a lovely beach, great food, International Spirits, Efes beer, half decent white wine, awful red wine. The grounds were immaculate and the whole area was spotless. The a Hotel was one of the cleanest wed been in. The rooms were new with quality furnishings and all the trimmings youd expect from 5 star. One big criticism was there was no English Movie Channels? If you wanted a night in, there was very little to watch on TV, this really should be improved considering the biggest majority of guests were English/British.

  Well earned break from UK

  We visited as 2 couples from the UK at the end of September 2020. The weather was glorious. This hotel is a few miles from Kusadasi, near to Ephasus ancient site. There is a bus stop outside for Kusadasi. There are a couple of restaurants in Kusadasi that do free pick up, you eat at the restaurant, free time to wander round then a lift back. We hired a car so didn't do this but lots of people did at the hotel. There is a nice big sandy beach and also a huge pool. The pool is a little deep, I could just about stand but I am only 5 foot 2. The food was delicious with lots of choice. Due to covid the buffet is served to you. There are also 2 restaurants for a small fee and a delightful patisserie for afternoon tea, plus a beach snack bar. There is a lovely bar above reception to see the sunset. There are tennis courts, but due to covid you couldn't borrow the racquets so would have had to have known to bring your own. There was a full programme of activities - zumba, hiit step, yoga, archery, boules. The animation team was really good, particularly Sophie from the UK and the young man from Nigeria. Tbh they were all really good. The hotel wasn't at full capacity but the grounds seem big enough for a lot more people. The rooms were a decent size, some swim up. The bathroom had toiletries and a hairdryer, but no iron in the room. We really enjoyed the break.
