  Excellent hotel!

  The hotel is new, everything you need is downstairs, shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling ect. the room service is fast, and for this prices I've been very satisfied! I suggest everybody this hotel. A+++

  Comfort, value and choice

  I was here for business and the local office booked me 3 nights in this hotel. Given the 3 nights were going to be less than 1 night in my Moscow hotel I did wonder what the experience would be like. I was really pleased with the hotel. It was new, clean, comfortable and rooms spacious. The connected mall had restuarants, bars, clubs and shops. The hotel is also central and a 20-30 min walk to parks with good restaurant, and the men's and women's monasteries which were worth a look in the evening. We used a meeting room at the hotel and it had great wifi projector and sound system to allow a virtual meeting. Breakfast is free and good. Lunch in the buffet is around £4 all in. If I'm in the area or down at puschino I will stay here again.

  Met and Exceeded our expectations

  Spent three days there on business in early February, my expectations given the low price of the room i will admit where not sky high, but any reservations i had turned out to be completely unfounded, rooms where first class - clean and spacious and most of all comfortable, the complex/mall that the Hotel is attached too had every form of entertainment i could have hoped for for my visit, Cinema, Bowling and shopping area, and a huge variety of Bars and restaurants which catered for every style of food i wanted during my stay - and was as good as restaurant food i have paid 2-3 times more for in the UK/Moscow. The meeting rooms provided had every facility we required and exceeded our expectations Couldn't finish the review without a special mention to the staff that dealt with my booking and those on the reception, they helped enormously throughout the stay and as a native English speaker having staff that go that extra mile to ensure your stay is as comfortable/pleasant as can be goes a long way. Both myself and the company will be sure to use this Hotel and its facilities again any time we visit the region.

  Excellent hotel

  Stayed in October 2017 for one night. Very comfortable room, clean and tidy. Great value for money and good WiFi in your room. Recommend to everyone working in the Serpukhov area. I will stay there again on my next visit.

  Could be better

  I have a mixed feeling about the hotel. Room was spacious but needs some repairs. Temperature in the room was 30deg Celsius, so I slept with window open to sleep peacefully. Breakfast area is like a night club, and waiting staff just ignores you. Food was very good though.
