    Great place!

Beautiful and charming hotel! The room was very clean and had a nice balcony from where we could see the sea. Breakfast is delicious, full of Turkish flavors - the view from the restaurant is stunning! The small private beach is very relaxing! The staff are very helpful, specially a lady called Pinar - extremely friendly and attentive, she helped us to rent a car and gave us a lot of tips of places to go. Also speaks English very well!

    Perfect!

Simply exquisite! We could've not expected anything better! The location on the peninsula and the view on the mountains is just breathtaking. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the sea where we spent incredibly calm sunny afternoons where we could enjoy anything from the beach bar. Climbing the stairs in the garden we found shelter from the sun (burns!) on the beautifully decorated terraces. Going up to the next level there was a cosy swimming pool (salted not chlorum!!) and the patio on which we admired the lovely sunset of a Turkish quiet day. Finally, the rooms were neat and the balconies gave to a spectacular view of a typical Mediterranean decorum. What else? In addition, we experienced the kindness of Turks in the staff of the hotel. The manager is always here for you. This was definitely the perfect stay for our holidays. Ps: the hotel is not far from the many point of interests of the region (amphitheater of Kas, Kaputas Beach, the Port...). Thank you again for this amazing stay!

    Avoid

Where can I start... Korsan Ada Hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The reason I'm giving 1 star is that I cannot give zero stars. I stayed there with my family in August 2019 in a family room as a part of our holiday. My sister and her family were also with us staying in another family room. Let's start with the rooms: Access to the rooms are via several steps from the main street. The stairs were not maintained well, there are light bulbs and taped cables on the walls which were all live. When we entered our room it was quite spacious with 3 beds. The furniture and the floor were old and not properly cleaned. After bringing the luggages into the room, I went into the bathroom to was my hands and noticed a puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor. At that moment I saw the water was coming from the ceiling. I also noticed that the shower cubical has not been cleaned for ages (see photo). By the time we unpacked our luggages, the electricity went off. Imagine 35C temperature outside with humidity and no air-con! The room became very hot in matter of minutes. My wife and sister went to reception to complain about the issues but they did not take seriously. When I mentioned about the dripping water, their response was "Do not worry that's clean water coming from upstairs"! Wow, thanks for the assurance(!) that it was not sewage. The owner told us that there was no generator and there was a central electricity problem, however when we called the local electricity company they said there was no faults in that area. The electricity was back after 3-4 hours. I then realised that some lights in the room and bathroom were not working. There was no toiler roll holder as well. I reported everything to the reception however all were ignored. We decided to leave that hotel as it was dirty and not maintained well. However, couldn't find a suitable place for the next day and had to stay 3 more nights. The cleanliness of the rooms were absolute nightmare. The rubble from changing the headboards of the beds were still under the bed. Photos of the bathroom speak themselves. Laminate floor had not been washed/mopped for a long time. Towels and sheets were OK. A free breakfast was also offered by the hotel. The plates were dirty, hundreds of flies and wasps were on all the food. The staff were not really caring about that. There were no covers on the food (bread, cheese, salami, olives, cucumber and tomatoes) on the tables. Probably the only good thing about this hotel was the sea. It is mainly rocks and there is a platform to go to the sea level. The sunbeds were not enough, not cleaned and non maintained. The pool was disgustingly dirty. I assume they pump sea water early in the year and never touch it until the next season. We were also told that there were parking spaces or valet parking is available for the guests. The parking area is a few hundred meters away on top of the hill. You need to walk 10 mins with 45% incline to reach your car in etremely hot weather. To sum up, I do not recommend this hotel. It was not comfortable, helpful, clean or hygenic. Staff were very rude except the lady in the reception. I really struggle to understand other good reviews. Stay a bit further away in Kalkan or central Kas. The nature is amazing but the hotel is well below standards.

    Lovely romantic place

Enjoyed staying here couple of nights with my husband and friends. Reminded us a kind of an old villa somewhere in Italy quiet place, stunning views from almost every point of the hotel, small romantic beach, helpful personnel, a bit old but cost and romantic rooms, delicious breakfast. Wish we'll have a chance to come back) you'll need a car to get to Kas city center
