  Last year with my family I came to your hotel from America . In my opinion this hotel is the best in Turkey. I am very pleased about this hotel. You have a open buffet and it is very large in open buffet. There is a lot of kinds of foods. We have activity for night walks. I like it so much next year when I come to turkey I will be in this hotel again

  Nice Conservative Hotel in the Heart of Turkey

  My family spent a three-day winter break at this hotel leading up to the New Year's rush. The hotel caters primarily to conservative Turks looking for a family-friendly place to relax. The hot springs of Afyon make this spa like destination popular especially for those who want to swim and bath in the cold winter months. The facilities were very nice and large by European standards with lots of room to spread out in your rooms and nice grounds to walk in the warm summer months. We were some of the few to brave the ice and frost as we walked around the grounds with our energetic children. The family thermal pools were a fun way to relax and warm up. You have to book your time in advance on busy days but we were the only ones to use the bathing facilities in the family bathing location of the hotel. There are other gender-segregated bathing locations that were more popular among those visiting for medical reasons and wanting to socialize during their bathing time. The dining experience was neither good nor bad with a descent selection of foods but little variety in main dishes served from day to day. The childcare facilities are nice with an indoor trampoline and a smaller toddler child care room. The staff were very friendly and were available to watch children.

  Five Star Thermal Hotel

  Although 12 year old the hotel and rooms are as if they are new. Staff is friendly and food is great. Most probably no alcohol but worth experiencing. We had a business meeting and their facilities were OK.

  We came from iran, it was our nowruz holidays, really relaxing and exiting... actually it's warm pools, turk hamam. But service awful, not expect 5 star hotel, no luxury... at diner cola was not free, tea and coffee at lobby not free too... bad experience.
