Would I stay here againYes i would. Nice hotel with a good restaurant. The only downside is not having any air conditioning in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful and some spoke English. Not in the centre but close to a tram stop and the taxis are very cheap.

My Poznan ExperienceThis was my first visit to Poland. I was attending a conference in Poznan with a group of colleagues. The reception staff spoke English well and were very helpful in helping us get around Poznan. (Actually, one evening I had to call the reception to ask them if they could send someone to my room to help me zip up a formal dinner dress, and they did so promptly). The tram can be caught right outside the hotel. No. 9 or 10 tram and it will take you all the way to the MTP, the conference center. Rooms are smaller like most European hotels. They change towels daily but not beddings. My window faced the street, so it was noisy in the early morning. But it didn't really interfere with my sleep. The food was really good. I liked their breakfast though they did tend to run out of the popular dishes. Their dinner menu was affordable and very tasty. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed. Unlikely to come back.I was here not so long ago and it is one of the very few times I felt disappointed of my stay, both in terms of level of rendered services, and specially the quality/price ratio. Of course the prices were inflated by the ongoing exhibition in Poznan, but generally speaking even the normal prices seem to me not in line with the overall level. i try to set aside my negative emotions, and want to list for the readers the pros and cons herebelow: PROS: 1. Well connected to the city center trough the 29 tramway station and the exhibition center with the 10, 11 lines. 2. Parking availability along the road, for free, or nearby the hotel (for fee) 3. Restaurant is ok with normal prices, I have enjoyed the asparagi seasonal menu CONS: 4. No air conditioning: when I am arrived at around 17.30 the room, on the side of the main road 28 czerwca, was very hot like a furnace; I then opened the windows, but soon realized the noise coming from the street, and the heat too. As suggestion for the hotel, if not mounting expensive air conditioners, the situation might improve a lot applying on the windows sun proof layers to reflect the sunrays. 5. The mattress: oh, boy! There is nothing worse than having a bad mattress; I have worked in the mattress industry, but even a normal person would understand that those mattress are totally unsuitable for the comfort during the sleep. The heat, the noise from the street, and the too soft mattress, probably even too old, have jeopardized my nights compromising my efficiency during the day time. 6. The carpet (moquette) on the floor: while laying in the bed, I could see more closer how much dust and dirty is in the moquette; if not changing it for a parquet type floor, I would suggest a water or steam cleaning. Beside, but this has nothing to do with the hotel, my experience was jeopardized by a group of pensioners monopolizing the breakfast room for a good 45 minutes and forcing some guests to go downstairs to have a sit, which I didn't like and didn't do. I have appreciated the good readiness of a few waitress at breakfast, and the fact that they have given to me water in my bedroom every day. At the end, my experience has been overall disappointing and I felt overcharged by at least 50% of the real value of the level of comfort and services provided, and it is unlikely that I will come back there, specially for a longer - than - one - night stay, as the place didn't meet my requirements, which I think can be those of every normal business traveler. I wish the management and the owners will take my survey not as a punishment, but as an honest heartfelt opinion of a dissatisfied customer, thus making it an occasion to improve.

Comfortable hotelWe have been here before and the place is so comfortable . It is near the tram just almost 1 minute walk from the door. The room are clean and the staff are very friendly. If you will visit Poznan, Korel Hotel is very recommended. The price is fair and the breakfast is superb.

Spontanous visit in PoznanThanks to the reduced price we have slept in the superior extra large room and were very satisfied. There were the small kitchen in the room we can prepare food on our own but we have chosen restaurant since breakfasts are great in here. I recommend you this hotel. 20min by tram to the main Poznan centre. So there is a great connection.
