  Nice downstairs but IKEA bedrooms

  Rude staff, coffee is almost 5 EUR, no room service, room air conditioning draws strong cooking smells, can't open the room window, views of a building site which also blocks out the light. Looks great in the pictures but fails to deliver a comfortable experience.

  A fantastic four night stay

  What a great hotel. A group of six of us stayed at this hotel for a total of four consecutive nights whilst in the area for a training course. The hotel is principally easy to find with the google maps SatNav and has parking facilities. This is a new hotel. Not even six months old yet (reviewed in March 2019) Checking in was fairly easy as was getting to our rooms. A great bar and lounge area with comfortable seating friendly table serving staff. The restaurant was also great with a selection of tasty, well present food on the menu! Breakfast starts early enough to accommodate most business people. The rooms are a good size and well equipped. Clean and tidy. Great bathroom space with a good sized shower (with good water pressure!). All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily stay there again. I can easily recommend this establishment.

  Almost there

  Stayed there last night, for the Phil Collins concert. Got to say you cant beat this hotel for its location if you are attending any event at the stadium which they obviously know by the prices they charge. Out of the front door, turn left and maybe 10 metres and you are at the ramp up to the stadium. As such, they know that they have a captive audience regarding clients and prices show that. Good points - on site parking, rooms are spacious and clean, big bathroom and shower, large comfy bed and some odd decor but nice to see something out of the ordinary. There is a large seated area near the bar, looks to be in the style if an old living room when you look at the seating etc. Staff friendly and helpful, which makes me almost want to scream on their behalf for the bad points below. Bad points - Parking, as considering the amount of rooms you either better check in early or hope not every room has arrived by car as not sure where you will end up. Bar after an event, seriously! Full hotel and everyone hits the bar once the concert finishes and there are 2 guys working the bar (and also serving bar meals) and someone on the till taking your order, immediate payment and giving you a slip to give the the barmen for your drinks. I dont know if this was a typical setup but 1 out of 10 for that idea. Not blaming the staff, they were going as fast as they could although making errors so just adding more delays. Never tried the bar meals but the plate of ham just looked like someone had emptied a load of sliced ham onto it, zero presentation but again with a captive and hungry audience it was a simple take it or leave it choice, I left it! Checkout, again not blaming staff as the girl seemed to be going as quick as the system let her but judging by the other guy having to reboot his terminal you either have wrong and time consuming software or hardware issues. Either way, must be the longest time to check out I can ever remember at any hotel. Do your staff a favour and give them the right tools for the job. Paper coffee cups in the rooms, over 200 a night with breakfast and you get paper cups!!!! Oh, and 2 people in the room and you get 1 shampoo and 1 body gel,,,,,,,,,, same point here, over 200 a night and your supposed to share these little bottles,,,,,, seriously! Too many little issues, there were others, that should not exist in any hotel let alone at this price point.

  Hotel closed and did not refund a cent - criminals!

  I was looking forward to my stay. The hotel was forced to close because of the Covid 19 issue. The hotel never informed me of their closure and never offered a refund. I asked for a refund because I do not live in France and I have no plans to ever travel there now, but the criminals refused to repay 199 Euros I paid for absolutely nothing. This is a disgusting way of business and I can only warn you not to book this hotel.

  Great location. Nice rooms.

  You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you need to fly from Lyon Airport, or if you attend an event at the stadium. Rooms rooms are good size, clean, with a nice deco. Had dinner, was pretty good but overpriced in my point of view.
