  Quiet and tranquil destination for refreshment

  Koompartoo Homestead Cabin: Erika, the owner was very welcoming and friendly. The property is beautifully maintained and restful with its gardens and fountains. The morning arrival of birds to feed at the bird feeder added to the tranquility. The property is on the edge of town and so is quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable though only a double. There was private barbeque and eating facilities. The Homestead Cabin was very small and cramped. The bathroom area though private was outside the cottage and part of the main house but with private access adjacent to the cabin. By contrast the challets are spaceous and have all facilities within the unit.

  Great, quiet place for an overnight

  I recently stayed overnight in the little cabin. As I was travelling alone it was a perfect size. Toilet and bathroom are separate but very nearby. The site is very tranquil and quiet, except for the rain on the roof. It is also very clean. Bed is comfortable. I didnt see any birds as it was raining. There is even a bird watching book to help identify any you do see.

  Superb in Bello

  Bello is a hidden gem of NSW inland. Full of interesting coffeshops, restaurants, trendy vegan food grossers, excellent smoke house and fashion stores to match Sydney's DJ. Two of us stayed 4 nights in the property in July. All what you need is in the accommodation. Ideal for 2 people. Close to town centre ~10 min walk, but at the edge in the bush, ferns and palm trees, so quiet, so private. Winter nights were cold, but electric blanket and reverse A/C are there. Some stairs and slope to get in to the cabin from the parking.

  Lovely Chalet in the rainforest

  My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay in this idyllic and interest venue.We were in one of four separate and completely private chalets , nicely furnished ,comfortable and with complete kitchen facilities ,TV and Internet. The chalets are in a delightful rainforest setting and although quiet and private still close to the centre of Bellingen with its restaurants and shops.

  Beautiful...but not if you are in a wheelchair...

  The chalets are simply amazing. My wife had to carry me up to ours (I'm sort of joking but the climb is not for the faint hearted) The owners are beautiful people and take great care of the place. Their obvious taste for Balinese touches and lovely little fountains is very evident. The kitchens are fully equipped. The deck gas BBQ is much better than mine...! You can't go wrong spending time in this lovely, relaxing, rainforest place, so close to Bellingen, North Coast NSW.
