  Romantic and amasing hotel

  We have had a specific Course in this hotel. This hotel is amazing, very cosy, clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a large parking, helpful staff and good internet connection. Hotel has romantic amazing atmospher. In this hotel you will feel like at home. There is a restaurant "Trzech kucharzy" with amazing menu. You will be very suprised - recommend to try!

  Few Special Sun

  A fine hotel with cozy rooms and green territory. Very convenient parking, delicious abundant breakfasts. But these are common properties of good hotels. And the Kontrast hotel is special among many good hotels. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long car journey through the whole of Poland. We tortured the reception of the hotel. It's a shame, but it's true. We went to our rooms, began to disassemble things and it turned out that one of us lost his passport. We turned to the reception room. The staff helped us to look for a passport for an hour and a half. In the end, the passport was found in our things, between shoes and soap. In the morning we found that we left a credit card on the table after breakfast. The staff searched for a credit card with us for forty minutes. The credit card was in the pocket of one of us. We apologized for a long time and thanked the staff, went to the Old City and it turned out that we left our camera in the restaurant on the way yesterday. We remembered the name of the restaurant and the staff called there. The camera was found! A week later, after traveling through Hungary, we returned through Krakow and again stopped at the Hotel Contrast. This time, we have not lost anything and have not forgotten, the staff was a bit disappointed)). Thank you hotel manager and staff; Soon we are going to Krakow and will certainly stay at this hotel. In addition to the usual options for a good hotel, there are a few more Special Suns in this hotel.

  Nice little gem

  We stay here for a week in krakow, & wow very impressed hospitality warm friendly & welcome , Room we stay in, was clean & very comfortable . The restaurant brilliant & quite . The staff at hotel . Monica especially who we see most , but also the other staff who work in hotel there ,& not forgetting latest member of staff a lady, who only be there only work there for a month which can't remember her name ,but very helpfull. There is a hotel in krakow we was going be up from on a day to visit,to the camp it was call the Radisson blue hotel , we pop in & waited. The hotel was nice but we both agree that we glad we stay at the kontrast. Only one criticism and give the hotel is that it should be a 4-star not a 3 star, but if visit Krakow again we definitely staying at the kontrast for quietness

  Lovely hotel

  Very enjoyable long weekend spent at the hotel. Restaurant and food offered excellent. Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Advised as to what trips to take and this was organised by the reception staff. We stayed in the suite which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. But it is out of the centre and either a taxi or public transport required to get to the centre.

  Great

  We stayed at the hotel for three nights and we loved it, our room was massive and the bed was very big and comfortable. Everyday when they had serviced our room, theyd leave complementary water which is very rare nowadays, the food in the restaurant was awesome and the staff very friendly! We requested a late check out and we were allowed to at no extra cost which was an added bonus. Would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone
