  some noise, good service

  We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The room was fine, wifi was great and the breakfast was included. Our room was located at the first floor, at the side of the hotel. I find it strange that hotel guests were (very) loud and drinking on the steps of the hotel. The hotel has no dinner restaurant, but a short walk (2 minutes) to the main square was fine to find multiple fine places to have a meal or a drink

  Good accomodation in the centre of small and nice town Leoben

  Good accomodation. Rooms equipment slightly old, particularly carpets. Breakfast is excelent. Hotel staff is very good. Parking in front of hotel is often a problem. Change carpets in the hotel, please

  Clean rooms, in city center, very good breakfast

  I walked from the train station to the hotel in about 10 minutes. You walk through the main shopping area, pedestrian mall of Leoben. You will walk past a hotel which is closed . . don't freak out, the Kongress is next door. Bathrooms are new, the remainder of the room is charmingly older. I slept with the window open and it was quiet during the night. I don't believe there is A/C. Breakfast was very good and served in the hotel's cafe. The cafe was open the night I arrived, but empty of diners on a Friday night. A good local and oh-so-Austrian option is the Arkadenhof (back on the main square) the service is a bit cold, but the setting is very inviting.

  Comfortable hotel in a great location

  I've stayed previously for business and this time around was equally as pleasing. The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. The internet is fast, and the breakfast is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, being right on the main square, and parking is easy. My only gripes would be the pillows are pretty flat, and the shower is tiny, but otherwise it's fine and I'd stay again.

  Upon entering our room (a deluxe 'theme' room) we immediately noticed that it was incredibly warm and there was poor ventilation in the room. After a shower the entire room was filled with steam which made the room feel very suffocating, the ventilation of the bathroom was poor as well. The pillows were horrible as they barely had any stuffing in them. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and most staff members were friendly however upon checking out I missed the 'hope everything was ok' question. However for a deluxe room I expected more. Taste is individual but whoever calls this a 'theme' room is horribly wrong.
