  Very nice villa !!!

  Very good location. Very quit and clean. Service and cleaning are good ! Villa is very big and just like the pictures on Expedia. Had a good 3 weeks in Rawai ! Swimmingpool and service are good. 3 times a week clean sheets and towels. Poolguy 3 times a week aswell as the gardeners. Location is perfect just 200 bath to Rawai beach and back (950 mts or so). Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Everything in Phuket is rather close and it s about 5 min drive to Nai Harn beach.

  everything was amazing! clean, well-maintained villa, friendly staff, convenient location, very quiet place. beach, restaurants and shops - all nearby. we will definitely come back here again.

  Great Villa with private swimming pool!

  Very cozy villa with big private swimming pool and huge terrace with garden. Loocation is quite convenient - 5 minutes' drive to Naiharn beach, 1-3 minutes to all the restaurants, shops and massage places. The staff was very friendly and professional, they also helped us to arrange trips to Phiphi and James Bond island! Very nice service! We recommend this villa to everyone who likes privacy ans wants to feel like home.

  Enjoyable

  We've been staying there for two weeks, and we have such a good memories. The villa itself is very beautiful, fully equipped, spacious, light and tidy. You really feel cosy inside the house and don't wanna leave it. Location is perfect, not far from the main street, but still far enough not to hear road noise. Definitely recommend it!

  Absolutely amazing

  After finding this villa on booking .com we were sure there was some sort of catch.... but no, the villa looked Exacty like the pictures! It was so beautiful and clean, the pool was a great size and got the sun all day. Cleaners came regularly, as well as gardeners and pool cleaner. John was lovely, he met us on arrival to show us Around, gave us lots of information and could not have been more helpful. There is also a phone that you can use... FREE of charge! The villa is a short walk from bars and shops, and is in a nice quiet area with a security gate so very safe, A long walk from the beach but a pleasant walk if you are able, took us about 20 minutes, or a short taxi ride there will cost 200 baht. The area has lots of bars and shops and is good for excursions, we visited an elephant sanctuary and the James Bond island without to much traveling. We were aware that there were a number of units of electric included in the price, but there could be an extra cost if more than the daily allowance was used, however when checking out we were told that there was no extra to pay as we had not exceeded the daily allocation, so clearly the allocated amount of units is sufficient. We paid a Bond on arrival, and this was handed straight back to us when checking out, no problems. We will definitely be returning to Thailand in the future and most definitely would return to this villa, we loved every minute of our stay and can honestly say we could not find one thing to grumble about, the villa and the customer service were second to none.
