  Beautiful and relaxing.

  This island is worth visiting. I think a 2 night staying is what is needed. Bungalows are simple but you have what you need and nice toiletries. Pool is nice and views are stunning. Peacocks everywhere. We didnt go around the island but you can easily walk around it. The food and drinks are quite good. They try to be environment friendly and its nice. Staff speaks little English; they are very kind. You can see some trash here and there on the corners, behind the kitchen and outside the area of the bungalows. Worth it investing some time and training to keep it better cleaned as the place is really a gem.

  Great island

  We have had some great days at the island. It is quiet, beautiful and just what we wanted in our holiday. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we liked the food and hospitality. The wifi is slow, and there not much to do other than swimming, snorkling and relax - but we knew that and did not expect anything else. We stayed for six nights. Maybe four or five days was enough, but we enjoyed it all. We were two adults and one 2-year-old boy, the bungalow fitted us.

  Place is falling apart

  We have been there for the third time. Beaches like this are hard to find close to Bangkok. The garden Bungalows are good if traveling with children but I must say.. my last visit was 2017 (and now in January 2020) and nothing has been done to maintain the rooms. We are not expecting any luxury but if you are offering AC but there is no single remote control working for our bungalow (and its set to 20 degrees)... and the other bungalow offered to us had the same problem...?! Also, during earth hour electricity is turned off for 4 hours. Fine. Why is light and AC at a bungalow next door which is unused for days then on at all times??? Why is in garden bungalow area not one single fresh water shower or possibility to rinse off sand after a beach visit? Theres holes in planks everywhere and furniture in the rooms has lots of cracks etc. We are glad that we didnt hurt during our stay. l feel like the prices for the bungalows are not justified (or I hope money is used to finance some renovations in the very near future). We paid > 5000 Thb per night. It leaves me sad to see that this little gem placed is cared for so poorly. It feels like its all falling apart and nothing is done about it. Maybe the beachfront bungalows are in a better shape. But the condition of restaurant and lobby area are just as the bungalow we used. Theres also things that could easily be fixed as you can see in my pictures. One shows the view from the room (to the side - but hey, thats what I am seeing when I wake up) and the second shows some sad plant that has died a while ago and no one is taking care of). Its just so sad to see. Dead trees and leaves hanging down everywhere. Positive: the beaches are nice, theres swings and lots of space in shade for everyone at the beach, food is good, some staff is friendly (but it helps if you speak some Thai)

  Very good

  A small and private island. It's take 30 minutes from the land. This resort is in privacy, quite and peaceful. There is a beach, blue sea. You can enjoy snorkeling right outside your room. Room is suit for 4 persons. There are 2 bathroom s in each room. There is only one restaurant on the island. Food is very good, fresh and delicious.

  The best place to getaway

  Koh Munnork is the best place to getaway with friends, family or couple. Its very peaceful place and let us spend time together without wifi connection. The food is very good with reasonable price and staffs are very nice.
