  Great location, but could be cleaner

  Just across from Motomachi Station, and just a few minutes walk from China town, the location couldn't be better. We came by train and found the place very easily. We checked in easily after midnight, the staff was friendly and accommodating even though we were so late. The room itself was quite small, as expected. Unfortunately it appeared that the room had not been cleaned very thoroughly and the bathroom could use some renovation. The bed was small and did not have much support. In this room in particular it seemed that a bar or club was across the street and quite a lot of noise and music came through the window after midnight. A bit disappointed as it was certainly not a cheap hotel. However considering the location, and the patient and helpful staff, I'd say it would still be worth considering if you find a room at a discount price.

  Convenient, but typical Japanese hotel.

  This area is located in motomachi which is basically next to Sannomiya and Chinatown, and a little far from Kobe harborland. The hotel room is very typical. It is small, but clean. For staff, they were polite and spoke decent English so foreigners will be fine. It isn't the most amazing hotel, but it will certainly do its job. I recommend it to those who want to get to everything as soon as possible.

  Nice enough hotel but smoking in rooms is very unpleasant for a non smoking family with children, should have designated no smoking rooms. Good amenities and added two extra beds for our children and staff are polite and very helpful

  Budget Hotel

  Really budget. Don't expect much. Room is small (single bed) and even the toilet is small. Hard to move especially when you are 6ft and over. Basic TV channels. Additional payment for premium channels.

  Ok stay but excellent location

  First off, the location of this hotel is great. It is right smack in the middle of sannomiya, So everything you need is just a few steps away. Be aware that the hotel does not have parking, however they will direct you to a nearby parkade that offers reasonable overnight rates. This hotel is fairly old, decor feels dated. The rooms are very clean, and we requested a non-smoking room, however, it still smelt like the room was once a smoking room at one point or another which we werent thrilled about. The mattress is old, a bit too soft for our liking. So overall, this hotel is just average. If you dont mind the smell of stale cigarette smoke in your room, definitely give this hotel a try, for its location is fabulous, and the price of the rooms are fairly reasonable.
