  Owners KNOW they're Bed Bug Infested!

  I was going to set my daughter and her family up here for 2 nights but after talking to a girlfriend who worked there I'm so grateful I did not let them stay here! They HAVE Bed Bugs and refuse to have the room, never mind the entire Inn eradicated. Friend WAS house keeping and bitten along with bringing them home from the Knights Inn. Owners sprayed some home made solution in room or rooms bed bugs were found in but they would not tell house keeping which room and nothing has been done to prevent spreading. No bedding was washed and no professional exterminators were called in. Friend left her job because the owners refuse to take care of bed bug problem. Is there a law they have to follow? Please pass this on, it is not right!

  We had been on the road for 8 hrs and needed a place to rest. Most places were booked up for the night in the area but Knights Inn had a room at a good price. The room was tiny but we were only there to sleep so it was okay. The room was a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in there it smelled like a chain smoker lived there. It was pretty bad to where I started sneezing. It was late and my husband and I were tired so I had no energy to make a fuss. I suggest they replaced the carpets and drapes in there. Its horrible.

  I have been at the knights inn for 6wks due to the covid,the staff and mgr Jeff have been very accommodating. They really make you feel like family, they are very friendly and if you have a problem with financial issues they work with you.i am in my 60s and travel alot,this inn is by far one of the best.

  Bad management

  This hotel has very bad maintenance. Between the new manager(Shannon) and the maintenance man(Jeff)this place is half managed and the place is infested with mice. The maintenance supervisor has done nothing to remedy this. I've seen him treat his staff very badly, especially the ones that I have seen there for years. There are new housekeepers that have come in that work together and don't do a very good, in fact a really bad job. I can't believe that the owner will put up with this type of bad management. I have been here before and the housekeeping has always been excellent. The older housekeepers do a great job but the new ones are terrible. They need to change their manager and maintenance staff. Mice feces on our pillows? Really? Get it together Knights Inn!

  Knights inn Sierra Vista for 5 months

  Great hotel, we have been here for the last 6 months on a contract at the army base. Clean room, Friendly Staff. Staff will always try and help if that can. Crime is very low for this area. Staff walks the site constantly. They get 10 stars for us. Thank you
