  Handicap accessable

  My husband and I stayed in this hotel on our way to Hot Springs. It was nice for the price. The room we stayed in had been freshly painted and the carpets were freshly washed. We stayed in the handicapped accessible room and there was plenty of rails and room to move my walker around. The bathroom tile was not slick so you wouldn't have to worry about sliding and that was nice also.

  Nice new owner, Clean, Comfortable room.

  The new owner is real great and is working hard to get everything in tip top shape. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Stay here with confidence when you are in Fort Smith. Very helpful with where to eat and where to shop. We will come back here again!

  Extremely disgusting!

  Nasty! Roaches everywhere! Cigarette holes in the sheets. Pillows where mush at best. Ceiling and walls cracked and flaking. Requested and booked double bed but when got it room it had king. Literally stayed for 2 hours and had to go. It also reeked of marijuana.

  Breakfast was a joke

  We checked in and had to change rooms 3 times to have a light that worked over the sink area. They were nice about it. The stuffed furniture was very dirty and the blankets were dirty. The overall cleaniness wa questionable. TERRIBLEPLACETOSTAY wifi was spotty at best

  DISGUSTING

  Whatever you do, dont go here. I chose to sleep in my car instead and that was the much better option. After having 2 cockroaches crawl on us in bed we decided to leave. We hadnt even been there for an hour and the man refused to give us a refund. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Unprofessional and dirty to the max. I opted for this place because of the cheap price. Ill never make that mistake again. Neither should you!
