  Desperate situation, thankful for this hotel

  After being robbed of our hotel due to the owner of another hotel being anti-military and we had booked through a military site, we ended up on the road in the middle of the night out a couple hundred dollars and heartbroken our vacation was ruined. We drove for hours looking for a room after midnight, everyone was sold out except this place. Sure, it's older and needs renovations but the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel, they even beat the hard beds of a $200 a night Residence Inn. We slept great! The carpets need pulled up and replaced with an easy to clean laminate especially if you're going to allow pets (we found a couple fleas) and smoking. Other than that for the price we slept very well and were grateful to find a place in the middle of the night.

  Beware of this place, got tricked by new owner.

  We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights over Thanksgiving in 2017. Booked as a Motel 6, arrived to find new jerk of an owner, who would not honor rate nor did they have wi-fi as promised in booking deal. Ended up staying in dump next door,these folks and the dump next door did their best to ruin our trip to NC from Florida. These guys could get some pointers from us Floridians on how to do customer service and decent accomodations. Do yourselves a huge favor and avoid any hotel on this road in Burlington, frankly was embarrassed for my kids and grandkids to see something like this existed in my old hometown. Wake up Burlington and take notice of the blight in what was a nice town when I was younger.

  terrible Just terrible

  There's nothing good I can say about this place. Everything is subpar; management is rude and not helpful. The sheets have cigarette holes in them even in the non-smoking rooms. No carpet. Saw a giant roach as well.

  TERRIBLE

  There were ciggerette burns in the carpet, night table and bathroom sink. Chips and scratches in the furniture, the room smelled stale . We brought our family cat of ten years with us, we left her in the room while we went to dinner, got back she was gone and the window was open. The window was closefd when we left. Someone open the window and took her. They treated this as it wasn't their problem.

  Great hotel.

  We had booked a room at Econo Lodge right beside of the Knights Inn, the room was the dirtiest we had ever seen. My husband called the Knights Inn for a room. The young man at the front desk (Anthony) was very kind and helpful. His Mother (Jane) is head of housekeeping was as helpful also. Both of them are the nicest people you will ever meet. The hotel was clean and very nice. Our room was the best. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a no smoking room and Jane brought her own outside chair for me to sit in when I smoked. You never find that kind of friendliness at a hotel, most employees are just there to do their job and go home. The employees make you feel right at home, like you are family. The price is great also. If you are staying in the Burlington, NC area this is the perfect hotel.
