  The dream is real, and it's a pleasant one .-)

  The rooms were nice, functional and up to date. The bed was really comfortable, and the aircondition delivered ;-) The hosts are super friendly and accommodating, and the hostess speaks the best English I've ever heard from a native Thai. That Dream House has chosen the restaurant Sa-ing as their breakfast restaurant is perfect, as Sa-ing delivers on the same high level as Dream House. The only thing we could have complained about was the heatwave ;-) Luckily the hostess has large pots og aloe vera for your sunburns, and cares enogh to notice that you are burnt and offer you to take some pieces off her plants to soothe your skin. The care of the hostess is remarkable, but she is never intrusive. She is the kind of person who immediately asks if you want to borrow some yoga mats for morning training when she sees you are conked out after running in the heat. If you want to borrow one of the bags of soil lying in the flower bed for strength training, she doesn't blink an eye :-) Doing yoga inside the spacious sitting room was a relief on the hottest mornings. When I first arrived and saw the rooms, I thought I would have preferred a sea view. After having stayed a day, I realised that I much prefer the quiet of the back garden, to the noisy restaurant life at the beach (which is great when you are part of it the evening, but disturbing if you want a cosy balcony chat with your loved one). The balcony is spacious and a great place to take a night cap or a morning/afternoon tea. Luckily the large fan provided in the appartement can be moved out on the balcony on the hottest days. If your dream place is a luxury five star hotel, then book one of those. If you want a great home away from home (which also looks good, is clean, spacious, safe and where everything works), and you appreciate having caring people around you - book Dream House! PS: The hosts also speak Italian.

  Living the Dream

  Stayed for 10 nights during March, in a Deluxe 1 Bedroom Suite. Alice was the perfect host and after a pleasant check-in, we were shown a choice of rooms. The rooms were very spacious with a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room had aircon. The living space had a nice seating area with a coffee table, tv and a fan (air con would have been nice), full size fridge/freezer, plenty of work surfaces, sink, kettle with complimentary tea & coffee and enough cups, plates, cutlery etc (mugs for tea/coffee would be a nice addition). The bathroom had a lovely shower, with complimentary toiletries. We had an upstairs room, so had a lovely large balcony with a table and chairs. Almost forgot the wi-fi. The rooms are just off the main road and very close to the sea. We were slightly concerned being right near the road but we hardly noticed the traffic and slept very well. The same distance away is the beach, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Sa-ing Restaurant is very good and is open for breakfast. We also tried a few others on the beach and main road, all of which were good. Alice organised a boat trip for us and her husband was up early to make sure we were picked up on time. Everything went like clockwork and we had a great day visiting several islands and swimming in the beautiful sea. We found something on one of the islands and Alice managed to trace the owners and return it to them in Ao Nang, such a lovely lady. She was always nearby if you needed anything, even if just some advice. Great rooms, in a beautiful location, run by lovely people. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

  A Great Place to Book Your Klong Muang and Krabi Area Tours

  If you're visiting Klong Muang Beach, I highly recommend working with these folks to arrange your tours. The hotel is affiliated with a Tour and Travel Agency called Fantasia Asia. I did not stay at the Klong Muang Dream House, but we did book a private longtail boat tour to Hong Island, Hong Lagoon, Paradise Island and one other island through this tour service, and they were super helpful. Pluto answered all my questions and via email before we left home. The young woman in the office (whose name I can't remember) was very helpful in making the arrangements and even came down to the beach at 7:30 the next morning to meet us and make sure that we got on the right boat. Based upon my experience with them, I have no doubt this would also be a great place to stay.

  Amazing Location

  Loved this place, great location and wonderful beach access. The restaurants down by the water serve great cocktails and food, watch the sunsets here. Alice is the most accommodating host and she is just so helpful with her local knowledge, she also speaks perfect English. The room was an apartment which was very clean and spacious with a large balcony. The only thing that was missing was an AC in living room, bedroom had a strong AC and fan was provide in living room so everything was good. I could have stayed here for months, so much better of a place than Aonang Beach which is crowded and loud, this place was peaceful and serene. Great for families and couples. Everything is walking distance in town so I give this place a 10.

  A very nice stay

  We enjoyed our time in this place a lot. The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean. Special thanks to the hotel manager, who was very kind and polite. Everything is comfortable and convenient. Would highly recommend.
