  un sitio fenomenal

  un sitio fenomenal,el año proximo repito,una gente fenomenal,krasimira,Stan,Elena ,Fotina,Gergana,Anto,Miroslav,un hotel recomendable al 100x100,hotel tranquilo,cerca de la playa y de la zona de copas,tranquilo para dormir y cerca de la zona de fiesta.

  Pub Stan - One For The Road

  This review is of the Bar not the hotel. This bar is very close to our hotel and this was our first visit. We ordered a bottle of Shumansko and Coke zero and received draught beer and normal not diet coke.  The bar was full of English folk so no.language excuse. But we forgave the error as it was corrected quickly albeit with no apology. Food was acceptable, fish n chips and a Spanish chicken.  Total bill was 36 Lev. I gave 40 Lev and got 2 Lev back.  I stood my ground and eventually the rest of my change arrived.  Again no apology. Sunny Beach you need to stop this behaviour!

  First ever

  Cant believe I am writing this but here goes... Arrived Saturday lunchtime and had to wait an hour or so to get our room...this did not bother us in the slightest, just spent time in the bar meeting old friends and Stan and Des. We had other friends coming over, who were staying in another hotel due to the Klisura being full, so we met up with them on the Monday. Sat and had a few drinks and others went to shop for water and beer for their rooms, Stan came around and looked under the table to ensure they weren't bringing in their own alcohol to drink in his bar, we are an honest bunch and drink is too cheap here to do that!!! .I asked and offered to pay for some Rakia to be told this would be okay but if anyone was sick I would be responsible for cleaning it up!!! WTF... told him not to bother, for the first time ever was made to feel unwelcome. Still enjoyed the food, chip butties amazing!! the service of Elena and meeting up with other guests from previous years, of which there were many. Stayed in room 101 which was catered for guests with disabilities which was really good, the shower was HUGE , and handrails available in the bathroom area and a sliding door, , however the beds are really low and creaky as hell( although will sort out if you ask with the use of a screwdriver or Allen key) so if guests had a wheelchair and needed aids to get in and out of bed it's not really suitable. Bed sheets were changed throughout the week but the sheet just did not fit the bed, spent one night sleeping on mattress due to this, we did complain to Grassi and it was changed , however during the whole week the floor was never swept or mopped and the bathroom sink was never cleaned, we got the bin emptied every day and the duvet folded and ashtray emptied...sorry no tip for the cleaner this time. Breakfast everyday was fine BUT no butter for toast..only tasteless margarine even for the breakfast that you paid for. The male waiter in bar would keep some loose change for a tip, and Des got his books before the end of season due to not having a work contract ie paid in cash...shame but Stan could not afford the fine or 5 or 10 thousand lev. Still love the area but we felt like an inconvenience rather than a serial returning guest, maybe a different hotel next time if we were to return

  Superb

  Another great stay here. For us ...can't be beaten. Krassi...stan. ..and staff look after you very well. Rooms are lovely and big and breakfast...always something to eat. Sheets and towels included abundance. Friendliest place we've ever been. See you TWICE next year. ALREADY BOOKED...thankyou for having us

  Great Holiday

  Hi All, Been to Sunny Beach a few times different hotels but I can honestly say this one was the best. From Stan and Krassie to the staff, all polite and always a smile, met some great people while we were there, from Mary and Phyllis had a great laugh with them, then there was Ray and Mell, we had a ball, and the others who were great to speak to . the Hotel itself is clean, pool is just the right size and clean, rooms are large, our,s overlooked the pool, cleaned every day, Stan,s bar is great for food and a late night drink, Good bars and Restaurants close by, and Beach 5 mins walk away. We enjoyed it so much we booked for 2020 before we left, as other reviews have said some people have booked numerous times so that speaks for its self , be back in June....Cant wait...
