Bad Experience Far From 3We have booked 2 rooms with our friends in this Hotel part of an offer from Detur Agency. When we arrived at the Hotel and had to check-in we got two rooms in two different Buildings. We asked the Director of the Hotel how is it Possible that we have one reservation for 4 Persons two rooms and they are in two different Buildings ? Director replied offensed that he can do nothing the Hotel is all booked and just ignored us. No solution to propose, nothing, just talking Turkish with his collegues and making phone calls so we moved away. So from this point the vacation started very dissapointing. First of all the Hotel is overbooked so you have to hurry for the food times, because some food you will not be served if you arrive too late, people are taking everything they can even if they don't eat it in the end. The food all in all is good, mostly the same food everyday but in different ways. Drink choice is not very various but you have the classics tea, coffe, water, cola, beer, white and red wine. It's not a Beach Hotel like they call themselves, you have to cross the Boulevard and pay for the services on the Beach (sun bed and umbrella)so one more Negative thing among alot of negative things, and they should change the name. The rooms are nice size and we had small terasse. But a big aircondition on the terasse which heats a lot. Our friends room was really small they could just go to the bed and out. Their terasse was mini so it was even more worse with the heating of the aircondition. The cleaning service is not the Best as you can see the pictures. We had to asked to get more shampoo and toiletpaper because they did not put more by themselves. And as people said at the hotel, you need to be a thief to get some toiletpaper. The towel for our feets was not changed once in the 7 days we stayed, our friends never got their back. They say, they change the towels every second day but you are never sure if they are changed and sometimes they only change one. Depends if you leave tips or not. But even if you leave tips, you do not get more shampoo and toiletpaper. You don't have the choice to reuse the towels or not like at other hotels. We had separate beds but we pushed them together. One day after coming from the Beach they were micro ants in the Bed so we called the Service and they changed the sheets. And they change the sheets every 3 day - they say, but nothing at this hotel is for sure. And what surprised me the most is paying for the Safe box which usually it's free of charge. They ask 2 per day and if you refuse they reply automaticly if you have some problems, and you get robbed it's not their responsability, this makes you think about the safety in the Hotel. I think the Hotel is trying to earn and save every cent from the clients they can. The fitnessroom is so bad that it is illegal to call it a fitnessroom. It is at the last floor, 5th, with no aircondition. It is so hot that you almost can not breath and feel like fainting. We only tried the runningmachine and it was not secure at all. The track went back and stop and starting really quick after while running, so you actually are about to fall. You get really scared. The other track did not work. The bike was okay because while you are on it, you look out at the beach and sea, but the display is not working. So take a run or swim at the beach avoid the fitness.

Worse hotel I have been at.This must be on the top 10 of worse places to stay in alanya. Rotten food among the foods. Clear Signes of fire in the electric box in the room. Water leak in the dinning room dripping down on to the food. Blood on the '' celan'' bed sheets. Direa on the first night from eating at the hotel.

Master of disasterOne month after the stay in this hotel, when my emotions calmed down, I will try to be as much objective as I can in this review. Throughout my life I have been staying in different type hotels (3; 4; 5 stars hotels) also this was my third visit in Turkey. So I can compare this hotel with the others. The hotel itself and its infrastructure were worn out. I am not a cleanliness maniac, but even for me the hotel territory appeared to be dirty (especially it feels when you are sitting at the table). The staff was impolite. The food was awful, it was not a question of tastiness, the food usually was just uneatable. Because during the stay at the hotel I had a problems with my stomach, I have suspicions that these problems also was because of the hotel food. There wasn t any animation at all, also there wasn t enough sunbeds and tables near the pool and the bar. To be objective, I will try to mention some positive things about this hotel. The location of the hotel was quite good, near the beach, just across the road. The room, which we got from the second day of our stay at this hotel was quite normal with a view to the sea (the room which we got at the first day of the stay was below any criticism, WITHOUT WINDOWS AND WITH THE STRONG SMELL OF THE FOLD). In summary this was one of the worst hotel I have ever been, and I would recommend to avoid it. Also in my opinion there is something suspiciuos about 5 stars reviews.

An excellent hotel with a few butsMy family had high expectations from last vacations. I travelled a lot solo, so I know how hotels work. The place of the hotel was wonderful (Even tho the beach was rocky at places). The staff was mostly nice, we even lost one phone, and it was kindly returned by the turkish guys. I want to especially give a shoutout to Soraya Visser. Very Very nice staff member. If you said hello to her every morning, you got a nice smile. A lot of people here complain about the staff being impolite. In my experience they were impolite only when somebody was impolite. The receptionists were nice, they even remembered me pretty fast. All and all it was a wonderful stay. The only things I didnt like were these "modelling shows" that kinda tried to scam us it seemed, And since my family cannot speak english, I had to save everything. Sometimes the rooms weren't as nice as the other days. And once I lost in levering with a receptionist (The most embarassing defeat of them all).

Worst hotel everThis hotel was so dirty I couldnt even sleep. I came here summer 2019 with my boyfriend and although we requested one large bed we got 2 separate beds in a room that looked like a 1 star motel. Floor wasnt swiped at all, we found half empty bottle of shampoo and the maids were really rude even though they cant speak a single world in english. Their attitude was all time low. I stayed at a 3 star hotel in Bulgaria muuuuch nicer than this hotel. Even though we got all inclusive the food couldnt be eaten at all. We ate only breakfast there and then eat at restaurants near by. Worst experience of my life, I dont recommend this hotel.
