NIce staff, good breakfastroom size is not big, but quite reasonable. The staffs are super nice; they can solve our problems in English. The breakfast is good, need to spare more time to enjoy it. Dont forget to try the green tea bags, it really test well. It does not locate in the town center; need to walk 5 to 10 mins to the subway station.nglish

Very spacious rooms and good servicebig rooms, all that you need. Only complaint , breakfast starts at 7am. Had to leave early but they are pretty laid back and rigid. Comfortable beds. Not near to major shopping so you need to take taxis.

Valuable & FineWalking distance to the subway and cosy place to live in. Interestingly, there is a boiler in the room which offers warm water without worrying about reboiling. The staff members are helpful and kind. The breakfast was good with varieties. Worth the money.

Disgusting! When you arrive at this hotel, the lobby looks fanatstic and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms were a run down disaster. First thing I noticed when entering was that drawers were left open and a picture was hanging askew. As soon as I settled in I saw that there was a LOT (!) of staines on the carpet floor, some on the wall an even on the bedsheets (!!!) not to mention a hole in the wall that looked punched in and tape on the lamp by the one bed to hold it together. My bedsheets also had a rip in it. Wow. Just wow. Definitely NOT worth the price whatsoever!

A surprising placeI was surprised and pleased when I arrived at this hotel. My reading of previous reviews led me to expect little yet either management has listened to what was said or previous reviewers were unfortunate. The hotel is in a very modern building. The entrance is welcoming and very modern. Reception was warm and spoke English so that was great. I had a room on the fifth floor. I did request a room for one so I was surprised to see the double bed. Yes, the room was small, but there was a double be and a longish desk with a chair. TV sat on one end but it turned out there were no channels except in Japanese. Lucky I brought my own entertainment. The room was a beige colour with a pleasant picture on one wall. It was clean and tidy as one would expect. There is a bar fridge but it is empty. There is a water heater and cooler, two cups and two glasses and two bags of green tea. No coffee or sugar but then there is the vending machine by the elevators. The bed was a bit harder than I am used to and the pillows definitely so. There were only two pillows but then for a single person how many more do you need. AC worked well and was quiet. Apart from all that, I had a quiet comfortable night and slept well, waking at ten the next morning. Check out is eleven with penalties for late checkout. The bathroom is modern and well equipped. A bath with overhead shower and toilet that does everything except sing opera. Water pressure was good and the water was warm. A single towel was provided. The usual bathroom ecoutrements, soap, shampoo, and shaver, hair dryer, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste. Wifi was great and had good connectivity and maintained consistent download speeds. I did not try the cafe or breakfast so I can not comment on those. I do not read Japanese so finding a restaurant outside was a problem. I settled for the Macdonalds across the road and saw a Lawson, think seven eleven or GS or CU, around the corner. There may be good eateries but they were not obvious to me. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze. A free shuttle bus to the airport station, then a subway to Tianjin station, change to the green line and a four stop subway to Yakuin odori, all up a four hundred and sixty yen fare. A five minute walk and you are at the hotel. The information desk at the airport gave me a great subway map providing details of the network and costs for any station, very helpful indeed. All in all, a very pleasant comfortable stay. I would definitely return.
