  Excellent Facilities and Food, not to speak of a great location

  We are a family of 4 and have stayed at that hotel quite a few times over the last 10 years and could witness the a great transition from a standard 3 star to a 4 star plus hotel. The positive development/investment is truly visible and . The Spa area invites for relaxation and the culinary options are commendable as well. The day starts with a sumptuous breakfast buffet, some in between bites for lunch and an afternoon snack is included as well before the day ends with a set dinner of highest standards. Ski in and out is another feature, whereby the Buchenstein slopes attract beginners and intermediates (families) the more challenging blacks of the Saalbach region or Waidring are just a few miles away.   Adorable hotel

  If you're looking for a great family hotel that is away from the popular and crowded ski areas, I highly recommend. Service, rooms, and food are great. We really liked Helga at the bar, but she was also all over the hotel to assist guests. Fantastic outdoor heated pool!!

  Bellissima vacanza

  I spent one week with my family and it was fantastic! The rooms are very comfortable and cleen, the wellnes are is new and very relaxing, the swimmingpool is beautiful. The food is very good and the staff is kind and helpful. I recommend certainly this hotel and I hope to come back soon !

  Lovely ambience

  Spent a lovely weekend there and we all loved it. My daughter was horse riding in the sister hotel which she liked very much and we all really enjoyed the natural swimming pond, the lovely new pool and the saunas. Our room was brand new with a nice view. Super quiet and relaxing. Only drawback is lack of English signs in the pool/sauna areas or the weekly programme for people who dont understand German. The staff were friendly and the food good. We will definitely be back!

  Missed a couple of year due to a health issue. Back to the Kitzspitz in 2020 and it's even better

  Our 4th visit to the area and the hotel. So, the hotel has undergone a major refurb in the sports and swimming pool arena. The indoor/outdoor pool is luxurious, the gym is fantastic and the health spa, sauna, steam room and infrared rooms are all superb. Herr Nottheger is still in charge and Sigrid is still on Reception with her charming and welcoming smile and warm greetings. Many new faces in the dining area and I would say the food is even better than I remember from 2017! comfortable room, plenty of sports and relaxing as well as a fantastic ski centre with access to Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm and more. I almost hesitate to write a review as I don't want too many people going there but we adore the hotel, the people and management and the resort. It ticks every box for our group. Going back next year, booked already.
