  Nice place

  I spent one night in this hotel, which is located not so far from the city center. It's very nice: the room was big enough, the breakfast was delicious, the spa was ok - relative big pool and sauna. The room and all area of the hotel were clean; the staff was helpful and polite. So I can recommend if you want to visit the city and its area.

  Nice hotel, clean, good food and friendy staff!

  I stayed for a few night over the Easter weekend on a special deal which included breakfast and 3 course evening meal. The room was ok and fairly comfortable. It was small but as it was only a single it is what I expected. Only issue was that the room had skylights with no blinds so the sun woke me early most mornings. There were not many hangers in the wardrobe but more were provided when requested. All other room facilities were good, good size bathroom with bath and shower inside bath. My room was cleaned every day! The reception staff and the restaurant staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke reasonable English as well. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good selection of hot and cold food and fruit juices and coffee etc. Evening meal on my first night was ordered from the menu which had a good selection of dishes. The other nights for Easter then did a buffet style and had 2 types of soup and number of different meat and vegetable dishes. The deserts were a bit limited but what they had were nice. I did not buy any food as it was included in the price but prices were reasonable and drinks I purchased where very reasonably priced. The hotel had a games room with a pool (billiards) table that we used on a number of evenings with some local friends that were allowed to come in. There was also another room with a child's toy play area (which we did not use) but also a table tennis table that we used a couple of nights and we had great fun. The hotel also has a play area at the back of the property. There are also bicycles to hire as well.I used one for 2 hours on one morning but it was included in in the cost of my room stay. A good location near to Tata town center (about 10-15 mins walk) and the train station is also only about 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is on a main road but this was not a problem and there was no noise in the bedrooms. I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay again if in the area!

  Cheap hotel

  Cheap hotel. It is very dark. The pool outside cold, almost unusable (this is summer time). The quality of the pool is very low, it is full of rust. Inside the pool ok for swimming. Limited choice in the restaurant but what they have is very delicious. They say there is a playing room inside for children. This is a dark room in the basement. They open if we ask for the key. This is an empty room and in the corner they out some old broken dirty toys. Rooms were hot but the airconditioning was so loud that we didn't turn on (we could't here each other). Close to the center, nice area. All together it is an average hotel.

  Nice Hotel

  This hotel is good, a little outdated but the friendly staff is excellent. The breakfast is really good with a great variety of breads and hot and cold food. The restaurant has a great selection of dishes and you can eat there and enjoy. Although it is not summer the room was warm but the air conditioning was not working so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep.

  Nice Hotel

  It is my second time in the hotel and I can say that quality is the same. Comfortable but small room with good size bathroom. Although I left the heater turned off, the room temperature is so warm and Ar Conditioning does not work in winter (it is the same in all hotels in Hungary, I believe). It is not so great to sleep in a warm room but... The breakfast continues to be great with a good selection of breads and cheese but could have more fruits available. The restaurant serves delicious food and their goulash soup is outstanding. The TV is he size of a computer monitor so it si very hard to watch anything although the channel selection is prime time, with HBO, Disney, Cartoon, etc. with dual language selection. What about make the TV a little bigger???
