  buen hotel resort con playa, piscinas , toboganes a 37 kms de Alanya y 100 de Antalya pasan micros cada 10 minutos y al gran bazar Alara con transporte desde los hoteles gratis ( ropa estupenda pirata) que al igual que ellos son piratas , regatear y regatear. el todo incluido sale barato

  Full of arrogant Rushians, find somewhere else !

  Back yesterday (25th) from a week here. Nice hotel with some really good positives, but be aware there are negatives from an English point of view that mean we would never go back. The positives being this hotel is spotlessly clean,the bars,restaurants, rooms,the pool area ,are all a credit to their cleaning staff. The toilets have to be the cleanest, sweetest smelling loos on the Mediterranean ! All of the staff from reception to the cleaners are helpful and polite. The food is varied and good quality and available 24/7. The biggest negative with the hotel is that its crawling with Rushians and their Soviet cousins. They are without doubt the most ignorant,arrogant people I have ever met. This alone would stop us returning but there are other negatives to go with this. This is a 5* hotel yet there is no poolside drinks waiter service, the beach is just brown gravel, the internet is truly shocking, 4 meg speed ( if you can actually connect) there is no sports bar, no premier league football,no golf ,no formula 1, no sky sports ,BT sport , no coverage at all. Sky go doesnt work here either. There is more alcohol in can of Bass shandy than in the beer they serve,you only get one room key, and I could go on and on, not what I expect from a 5* hotel. Its a shame really because this is a lovely hotel but has too many negatives for us to return.

  Amazing experience!!!

  A very nice place. Rooms are extremely clean, food is also good and people are super nice. They have arthistic programs every night. Also there are many pools, and the resort is very close to the beach.

  Fantastic holiday

  This hotel was fantastic, staff, hotel facilities, food, drink and animation team wonderful especially Michael! We were wary of doing 2x weeks all inclusive but this hotel made it so pleasurable. Hotel took covid seriously and we felt very safe. Would highly recommend it.

  Lovely holiday but food nowhere near 5 star

  We had such a lovely holiday at this hotel! Went for a couple's week to celebrate special birthdays- the pool area and beach was amazing, luxury rooms and really good drinks on the all inclusive. Staff on reception etc are fantastic and an all round lovely experience. However the food was not good at all! Really terrible quality processed food as the restaurants were not open so it was just buffet food, not what we were promised! Staff in restaurants were miserable and didn't want to serve you, so I can't give it more than 3 stars. If the food had been up to standard it would for sure be 5*!!
