  Para nada es un cinco estrellas

  Seré breve: -El edificio era bonito -La piscina era bonita y estaba limpia -Las habitaciones eran bonitas -Algunas instalaciones estaban bien (gimnasio, piscina interior, toboganes) -El equipo de animadores era pobre -El personal no era demasiado agradable, problemas de alojamiento -La comida era mala casi cada día -La corriente fallaba casi cada mañana -Pocos camareros (15 minutos para que me trajeran una cerveza) en el restaurante... Intentaban ser majos pero no daban abasto. -Las bebidas eran horribles (las cocacolas y la cerveza saben a agua en un 90%) -Era casi imposible tomarse un café normal

  Good food its only good thing here ..

  Well .. I expected more from 5 stars . I didnt got any wow effect like for example last year in Sirius Delux near by . Buy its was fully booked so we stayed here . I can say about plus and minus . What did i like : Food was wonderful ! Really good selection and very tasty . Good power of hot water in shower .. Good shampoo and balm for hair.. Comfy bed ! Lots of antiseptic everywhere.. What I didnt like ; I book front sea view room but they tryed to put me in awful wall view room. Ofc receptionist should know what room i paid for !!! I got my sea view room later but its was dirty . Dirty floors with lots!!!! Of human hair all over on the floor . I think nobody clean the floors before i check in ... Nobody clean my room for 3 days until i asked on reception but even cleaning this floors was awful dirty just disgusting. Cleaning lady trying hard but floors still bad ( coz before wet cleaning they should do vacuuming cleaning , otherwise its just wet but still hairy floor ).. I will not mention teeth brush and bathrob etc . Nothing of this i had in my room until i ask .. i didnt had a kettle as well or cups for tea and always need go to public place to drink tea.. I had no choice to clean my own room with wet wipes and its was dark after ... Thanks god shower cabin and bed was clean... Also big turn off was lunch outside cafe . Its crazy mess there in snack bar.. Huge queues. Dirty tables. No avaliable tables even but its was not nice atmosphere to eat due coronavirus. Even that food was tasty but i felt not safe there . Coz guys dont bother to wipe the table after the next person, as i notice myself they just take plates away its all . Some of them was looking smartphones and walking lazy instead of cleaning the tables . Many people was standing for Ages until waiter prepare the table for them . I saw how waiter put with dirty hAnds folk on table ... its awful place to eat . Very lazy waiters !!!!!!! In general i felt hotel rooms and snack bar was not clean enough as i used to in 5 stars hotels .. its a pity coz in corona times its should b perfect . I can say that wonderful food saved this hotel really . Great food it is the only good thing here . Beach was great too .. and pool was beautiful. I will not stay here again coz stuff of the hotel looked so lazy and indifferent...,

  Fabulous time

  This hotel feels very safe and is very clean, under the circumstances you feel like you are still having a lovely holiday. Food, rooms and animation team are lovey. Beech is a little stoney for our liking and transfer is approximately and hour and a half which is a little long but this would not put us off coming here or any Kirman hotel again !!! Had a brilliant time !

  The hotel is so good

  The animations was preatty cool the sea is nice the pool is big and clean the waiters are amazing and the food is delicious the cleaning girls are super cute the water gym is so healthy the barmans are doing a amazing drinks

  Relax

  It was the 4-th time a wonderful time to relax..and I will definitely come back here next year.fast great service in the restaurant (Yunus Oka), all nice and kind ... gymnastics in the pool (Selim, Can) Thanks Reception service (Salim) and that's it at good music (MrErdine) Thanks it was a wonderful time .... See you next year
