  Overal, a rip off!

  I am a strong believer in "You get what you pay for" and I feel if my room is small, badly decorated and noisy, as long as the price reflects this, then that is fair enough. In this instance it was not the case.The room was so small that they had to put the kettle and Tea and coffee making equipment in the bottom of the wardobe, the room was noisy in that i could hear the occupant of the room next door coughing all night and every time they locked and unlocked the door the rattling keys made one hell of a racket. The wall paper was peeling off and torn in many places, but it had never been done well in the first place, obviously a botched DIY job. I left feeling a bit like the wallpaper...ripped off. If I had paid £35.00 for this room I would have thought that was fair for the facilities and condition of the room, but £60.00! No, your having a laugh mate!

  Cheap. That's all it's got going for it

  Stayed one night, by myself. I got a troom on the ground floor. During the night I was very hot, but didn't open the window because I wouldn't have felt safe, since I was on the ground floor. Very basic hotel. Not clean, and rather unwelcoming. Breakfast was very basic, and tables were dirty, as well as glasses (although I was thirsty I didn't have a drink in order not to use their glasses). Would not go back.

  Just No

  2 channels only on the TV. Cold room only one radiator working. The other was blocked in by a wardrobe. Black mould in the shower in all the hard to get to places. Noisy place. Fire extinguishers were due servicing and testing in Jan 2019. There is far better in the area for the same price.

  Very bad conditions.

  Like some other people complained,now it's my turn.First the man at the till didn't give one room on the back of building,as the front rooms can be noisy from the traffic,even if the hotel was empty.The room small,oldish,the walls never seen the paint probably in last 15 years . It's no quality at all for the amount of money which I payed,63£.The man on the till,informed me that is no breakfast available anymore,even if in the advert it says it is one.Anyway people who are coming to London or specially Croydon try to book Jury's Inn or Travelodge.Much better value.
