  Cozy hotel

  A nice basic hotel in the old city near the sea. Very friendly reception with a nice courtyard to enjoy the sun away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. A small balcony overlooking the historic church is perfect. Breakfast is taken at a restaurant very close by and is excellent.

  best place for a relaxing holiday in the ancient town of Nessebar. Here we found the atmosphere of the city. We are surrounded by churches and architecture of ancient centuries .Bravo! The rooms are clean and the staff is very polite.

  A very good accomodation in old town

  Very good location: close to parking, beach, restaurants, shops, right in the old town, in a quiet area. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, with new furniture. A very cozy, intimate courtyard with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a drink. A minibar in the yard with good prices. Careful staff, even if she don't speak English. Excellent value for money. We will come back with love.

  Better than the pictures :)

  Very good price, in the center of Nessebar Old town, very close to everything. We vad room 22 and it was very large and bright with big balcony. It was clean. The host was very nice and funny, avem if si a spoke very little english. I recommend this hotel!

  Thieves and bad people

  I contacted them by phone as I was interested in staying at the hotel and they gave me a price of the Room MORE THAN DOUBLE than what was on Booking! I asked them why they were telling me such a high price and they just ignored me. Kirios Hotel can be whatever you want, but the owners are thieves and bad people so I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
