  Heaven is a place on earth

  Last summer I spent (as a single mom) for the second time a fantastic holiday with my son in this great hotel. Friendly staff, great food and very helpful people all day long... Since I have a lot of hotel experience myself I am very sensitive for the hospitality which was absolutely awesome. I felt treated like a queen !   Wonderful hotel

  Definitely is one of the best all inclusive hotels to enjoy your holiday. The stuff really friendly and helpful and plus in the top with Mr.George( manager) really carefully and looks after his customers 100%.

  What more can I say other than we love this place, feels like home every time we go and it's been 6yrs! Every year we've been coming with a lot of new faces but with the same high standards and cleanliness. Mr George is without doubt one of the best managers if not the BEST manager we have ever dealt with and would bend over backwards to keep us and any customer happy. The kids really enjoy the aquapark and with 2 other pools to choose from you never feel over crowded. The chill out teenager zone is great for them to escape from the sun for an hour with pcs and the xbox to use. The evening entertainment is also great. See you next year Kipriotis Team!

  Very good place to relax and have fun except for the climb to the room each time

  We had a great time in the hotel and in Kos. onestly our first impression would have graded the hotel lower because: 1. The hotel is located on a hill. the rooms are spreaded over a few buildings uphill so most rooms require a stiff climb each time. Not recommended if you are not in shape. 2.The reception staff are not nice and helpful (luckily their the only ones who are not nice). We hardly received any information upon check in and all our requests were not addressed. 3. Room maintenance was poor - I called a few times to ask to fix my window lock, and the phone. After 3 days I just gave up. But !!!!! Other then that the hotel facilities, staff, view and food just won our hearts! The main area , pools and water park are great and fun. Excellent view, great animation team and different shows each night. Kids plays and dancings every day and Excellent food!! A lot of variety. Very tastey . The deserts were amazing.. we were a Group of 10 and all enjoyed the food so much!! In addition I must mention the amazing staff of the main restaurant and specialy Mr. Vangelis!! He is so nice, warm and helpful! He always asked us how are we and helped us identify the different food options. Me. Vangelis and all the staff are working very hard from morning to midnight but are always smiling!! That is so amazing and appreciated! Great work! Overall it's a great place to relax and have fun and the staff really "took our heart" as they are so warm and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is great, calmly with excellent view to the ocean. One tip for you - as all kipriotis guests can visit the water park it's better to stay at the 5 stars hotel down the hill and go to the waterpark whenever you want.. And a few recommendations for the management: 1. expand the variety of snacks in the snack bars at the pool. There were only cookies and sandwiches. 2.replace the reception employees. 3. Upgrade your rooms.. you should be more modern.

  Fabulous

  excellent choice of food, warm tasteful and lot of choice. Very clean. Very very friendly.value for money.some rooms and bathrooms could need renovation update but overall 10/10. KOS city 5 minuten bus trip.
