  Lovely apartments to stay at.

  Some of the kindest staff to of met, if you need anything Ritsa and nikos are always their. The apartments are very spacious and have balconys that and very large aswell. The beach and local shops are only a few minute walk down the road, the bar and pool down stairs of the apartments are very relaxing at all ours of the day and very clean and well looked after. Highly recommend coming here if your by yourself, couple or family.

  Unsurpassed!!!!!!

  Dear friends, I have travelled to several countries, I stayed in various hotels and apartments. I must admit, I have never met a more welcoming couple as hosts. The place was spotless, the price is right, the pool crystal clear. We will most definitely go back. Thank you Nikos and Eleftheria for making is feel at home!!!!!! See you again soon!!!!

  Excellent stay!

  My partner and I stayed here for 9 days and couldnt recommend a better place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with a lovely balcony and the pool area was nice. Theres is a sandy beach great for swimming about a 5 minute walk, as well as a Lidl nearby as well. Many good restaurants a close or old town is a manageable walk as well. We will be returning in the future.

  Excellent. Stay for short or long visits.

  As a newcomer to Cyprus, there was a need to find somewhere that could be a home from home. The purpose here is not just to be all that a holiday location could and should be, but also be a place that would be a great base to research the island as location for second home. Paphos is old: just over the road is Tomb of the Kings, a hallowed place, vast and accessible with a unique relationship with the sea: archeology and landscape mixes well here and if you are of the kilter that like both ruins and beach resorts, then Pahos is the ideal spot. Ex pats abound here, but unlike Spain's coast, and the uber rich South of France, the island of Pahos remains too old to change or be spoilt by those bringing in a needed economy: it remains defiantly Jason and the Argonauts. It reeks of age. Match this with the measures size when in a med bar, and put the local brew Keo into the mix and this remains the ideal place for a retirement spot or, for this writer a retreat from the consistent and neccessary stress of London. At the time of writing, Cyprus is the haven of choice not just for a holiday, but as a home for brits. This is not unusual for residents of Blighty: once the Brit reaches a certain age, the prospect of sun, sea and sand, is far better than ending one's years in a raining dreary town or city. Covid-19 has accelerated this impetus to the poiunt of offices setting up to facilite the move for the droves of Little Englanders enchanted by the island, impressed by its treatment of the disease, and feeling the calling of a lesser stressed existance. Kings is just simply great. It fails to be like any usual holiday complext due to its size: it has just two stories and is tucked away from the coast or main roads and is part of a complex of fitness and beauty oriented business. The usual amenities are there: Nicholai and Ritsa are hard working and amenable professional hoteliers that never stop. The pool is more a dipping adventure than somewhere for a serious swim but is enough. The studios and apartments are very well stocked with storage space and utensils, and the amount of plug sockets and quality of wifi is great enough to deal with anyone working from home, or in this instance, holiday home. There is not just the matter of location to take into account here. Note the following..... Lidls is ten minutes away and has all the local fish, and treats of Cyporus to offer as well as value booze The is a nearby bar COPA BAR with English and Greek staff offering a meal offer at less than 10Euros with a pint of the day at 2.50Euros The stretch between Kings Apartments and Lidls has numerous restaurants, an Irish bar and a bar run by a Scot offering lots of advice, information and a Quiz Night to those who want English culture on top of the med weather. The car and buggy hire is on offer at two places nearby The buses 610/612/613/615 run by Inter City Buses run at either side of Kings Apartments and offer buses to The Harbour and Coral Bay, a nearby beach resort. No fare is over 9Euros. It is more than possible to take in a walk to The Harbour, or Old Town where the ruins and numerous tavernas on the way prove seductive and helpful in getting a look and feel of the area. Right now excursions are a problem .....but who cares? At present, Cyprus is accessible and not a place we need to quarantine from when back. Kings Apartments is known by the staff at Cyprus Office of Statistics: a rep at the airport interested in the treatment of visitors wanted to know about stays and quality of service during this very stressful time: keeping the businesses and tourism afloat whilst dealing with the needs of Public Health is a tricky balance to strike and regardless of fears and apprehensions - Cyprus should be visited, with Kings the place of choice for holidays and holiday home investigations.
